We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing really negative but a couple of comments: The rooms were large and I feel that they could easily have accommodated the four of us in one room, but that option was not made available at the time of booking.
Location was convenient for the bird sanctuary (6mn walk to main gate of Ghana park). Crucially, the rooms were clean (by European standards) and had proper bathrooms with a shower cubicle and hot water. These were the best bathrooms of our stay in 6 different hotels 😀 The restaurant was fine. Staff were eager to please... quite a few interruptions during meals and wanted to know exactly when we planned to eat the next meal... But they meant well.

Rate is more for this type of property that too in Bharatpur. The rate including breakfast and taxes should not be more than Rs. 3000.00-3500.00. Though rooms are big and clean with basic amenities, but not at all value for money.
Location of hotel is excellent very near to Bird Sanctuary. Breakfast is good with limited number of items but freshly prepared and tasty.

overall good experience and staff was very helpful. It has a great location too. It is a good hotel with good service but not value for money.

Nothing to dislike the property. The property is neat, clean and adequately met our needs.
No frills, small little property, neat and clean. Very adequate for the purpose travellers stay there. The only negative things were the bed linens which seemed not fresh, but not dirty also. Food was simple and wholesome. In all our one night stay was comfortable and fulfilled our needs.

Proximity to the sanctuary, helped us to come back to the comfort of the room due to fog in the early morning and go back to enjoy the birds once fog cleared
Calm and quiet, comfortable stay. Even though construction was going on, there was no disturbance or discomfort

There was a construction going on at the hotel which was not disclosed at the time of the booking, the noise from the construction was a bit annoying. There were quite a lot or mosquitos
The rooms are large, and the hotel is walking distance from the bird sanctuary, staff is friendly

Lot of cold water had to be wasted in order to get hot water from taps which is not desirable. Towels and bed linen were not up to the mark

Nothing to dislike.
Excellent place right next to the Keoladeo Bird Sanctuary - a paradise in the bustling city of Bharatpur. Very spacious and beautifully decorated room. Food was immaculate. Staff were very attentive and incredibly helpful. A much nicer stay than Agra which is easy to get to.

It was a little cold and we had some minor problems with hot water. However, the hotel provided us with a heater for the room and, given the current cold snap, this was to be expected.
Very nice stay. We were upgraded to a deluxe room on arrival which was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. The location is great for the national park (only a couple of minutes walking distance) and staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was good with average prices.

I don't have enough words to praise everything about this hotel: excellent cleanliness, delicious food and, above all- the most friendly, professional and awesome staff I have ever met during my many India trips and hotel stays. They were guessing my wishes even before I had expressed them, they were always extremely helpful, this immense hospitality was just beyond any expectations. Plus location of the hotel- few steps from bird sanctuary, possibility to visit Keoladeo Park and enjoy beauty of nature. I will recommend this awesome hotel to everyone who wishes to visit Bharatpur!!

Staff was not courteous during our stay. We didn't have dinner, no snacks were provided in dinner only main course. They were charging for an extra water bottle over 2 bottles, only providing RO water on our request. We ordered two papad in the room when we had nothing in the dinner, at the time of billing they asked us to pay and later said ..ok we are only taking the charges mentioned on booking.com.
It is located near the national park. They suggested parking the car near the hotel and we kept sweets at the hotel just to prevent them from sun heat. The staff was supportive in that case.
