Hospitality. Personalized care, especially from Avinash. He was so helpful. I was not comfortable in the room I was given initially but Avinash went out of the way to get me a room of my choice. It was so comfortable and helped me recover from my jet lag. Restaurant food was great. They made it less greasy/oily/spicy per my request. Also Duty Manager Mr. Asad was very helpful and Supportive.

Loved the whole experience from check in till check out. On the day of arrival Avinash checked us in and gave us a room that we loved spending our 1 night. The breakfast was great. Restaurant staffs very courteous and attentive.Also Special mention to Duty Manager Mr. Asad.

Lovely, clean hotel. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Our room was big enough to add an extra bed for our son. Staff were very friendly specially front desk Mr brijesh and helpful. Delicious food in restaurant. and Raj was upgrade our room to Club category. Should have high chair for babies in dining area. Also, location could be nicer given the style of the hotel
