Prime location and squeaky clean facility. Excellent decor and the bathroom facilities are on par with western standards. Exceptional customer service and a good dining experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to anyone visiting Thanjavur.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable hotel. The European (sweet) breakfast is a bit limited, but overall the kitchen service (Indian dishes) is outstanding! Compliments to the kitchen. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist.

Walking Distance [less than one km] from the Big Temple built by the Chola King. That was very useful, because car parking is a big problem opposite the Big Temple.

The hotel is slightly outside of the city center, but we could reach the Brihadeeswara Temple by car in 10 minutes. The breakfast didn’t offer many options, and service was quite slow. It didn’t help that most things had to be ordered (including coffee, tea, bread), and the breakfast room was quite full.

The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was also big. While it has a more modern and sober style compared to other similar hotels, the furniture of the room is still a bit "over the top" :-) But it’s not an issue really. Overall the hotel is quite new, nice and well kept. A small parking lot is available. A restaurant is also available, which has good local food. The staff is also very nice and friendly.

It's a newly built property and maintained well. The overall experience was good, all tourist attractions are close by to the hotel. However they are short on staff mainly in the restaurant and kitchen department, food preparation took a lot of time.

One small suggestion would be to include some continental food items in the breakfast buffet. The chef was very accommodating and made us omelettes, though!

Fantastic room, huge bed and fabulous bathroom. Staff very helpful. A little way from the centre and temple but nothing a tuktuk ride couldn't fix. Breakfast was a good spread!

The restaurant service was very slow. The person working was very slow. During breakfast it was busy with several guests. The service got worse, the same person wiping plates at his desk and taking away the plates. Multi tasking is not a hygienic practice!! Management should be able to provide more assistance during high demand.

Pristine clean with all the necessities and comfortable beds. Architecture and decor is beautiful and well coordinated. Feels and looks like a 4 star hotel. They even had a driver’s sleep room. It’s close big temple.
