I spend a lot of time to figure out how to switch off the lights in the room.

Staff is proffesional, brekfast is good, location close to the market.

The restaurant/bar was a weird vibe which may have been because it was so quiet. They didn't have any alcohol and the food was okay. It's a fair walk to other food options which wasn't an option for us as it was heavily raining.

We initially ended up in a awrful place in a town 40 minutes away, we decided to leave there and head to Sunhill in Namchi and this was the best decision we made on our trip. It was stunning waking up to a view of the Himalayas, walked to the Hindu temple and rose garden, and the staff were really helpful in organising a taxi and shared jeep for us.

We returned to this hotel after spending some days in Sikkim. It felt Ike "coming home." The manager and all of the staff are so lovely and professional. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooftop area is a perfect place to spend the evening. This is an excellent hotel. I'd say 4, not 3 stars.

Another great stay! Friendly. Helpful staff with a can of attitude. A professionally run establishment and it shows. Works certainly recommend this hotel and I would certainly stay here again should my travels bring me back.

Beautiful hotel, more 4 than 3 stars. Driver meet us at the airport very promptly. Happy and beaming staff, even delivering a cake and singing happy birthday for a member of our group. Genuinely happy (or they are very good actors. Fabulous rooftop bar, again, super attentive staff. Nice breakfast and availability of refreshing cold drinks around the hotel. We only stayed one night, so I can not comment about the location I relation to things to do in Siliguri. This is a fabulous hotel with a professional manager and staff. The rooms are big and clean with all the amenities that I require. A paper delivered under my door was much appreciated. We are booked in again.

Checking out.. card machine not working.. promised taxi not there, but all ended well.. airport easily & quickly reached as was early morning. Apologies for slight soh failure. Overall this is a lovely spot in Siliguri.

I can think of nothing I didn’t like.

A beautiful hotel. Comfortable and very clean rooms with lovely powerful shower. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were great and we ate in the bar 2 nights where the food and service were great. The attention to detail was fantastic. If you stay in Siliguri stay here!!
