The ambience was pleasant. Property is in a good location and has easy access to multiple places and activities near by. The breakfast was good. Pool facility was also nice to take a dip and relax.

The surroundings were pretty and access to the local shop was great-dogs barking made it a little difficult to sleep sometimes but that's to be expected.

2 choices only but good-I think my children would have liked a little more variety such as a buffet. Fresh fruit would have been nice.

Only one thing the cleaning ladies were cleaning the toilet seat with the hand towels that were given in the rooms before exchanging it with a washed one otherswise the whole experience was very good.

There was a lot of noise from guests one night, but we were offered a quite and better room.

Nice pool and exterior is well maintained. There is a nice restaurant which has a basic menu. Breakfast was included for us and our dietary requirements were catered for.

We were 3 guests and they should have provided a cot additional instead of having the bed on the floor.

Hardly any choice for breakfast. Same few items and was not anything great.

The staff could be more proactive, as we faced some issues with AC and laundry, but there was no one at the reception to adress the concerns.

The property is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. They provide all the facilities. There is a smart tv as well. We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a serene and quiet place. Benaulim beach is around 2.5 km away(35 min walking distance). We found an auto from Benaulim beach to this place and we asked for the driver's number. We asked the same driver to pick and drop us from hotel to beach. So it was not a problem at all. The staff are very helpful as well. Overall, we loved the place and would definitely visit again.

There was a lot fly in the room in night time. No towel in the room.

The location perfect because calm and very beautiful place. Pool so clean. Till beach by walk takes around 20-25min. We liked a lot this place. Till super market around 8-10min by walk.

Food option st restaurant is European and goan mostly. No north Indian. Rest all is fine

The rooms are good and comfortable, the pool is amazing. The best part is Netflix and Prime subscription on tv.

Speed of response to housekeeping requests could be faster, but that is not a dealbreaker. At some stage, having in-room dining as an option might be handy, but again, I wasn't constrained because of that due to the onsite restaurant, and Swiggy/Zomato options.

I liked that the location is tucked away in quiet corner of Benaulim, and yet, nearby beaches and restaurants are easily accessible. The biggest plus point is how peaceful and calm it feels to be at the resort. Rooms are spacious and clean, and check-in process was smooth. There is no room service, but there is an excellent restaurant onsite. Swiggy/Zomato orders are allowed to be delivered to the rooms as well. I found this to be a good option for my week-long stay in Goa. My stay at the hotel was comfortable. The rooms are equipped with AC as well as fan, which is an option I like. The large windows are fitted with nets as well, so if you wanted to let fresh air in, without creepy-crawlies entering the room, then that's possible. There is ample space to dry your clothes and the hot water supply is reliable.

The restaurant is very very overpriced. They charged us 100rs for one water bottle. As long as you stay here and eat elsewhere, you're good to go.

Great place. Pretty huge and clean pool. Very helpful staff. Would definitely consider this for every trip to South Goa.

Had to ask for more toilet roll as there was only a little of a used roll left in the bathroom.
