We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaWe booked this hotel for a night. There was no switch to turn off the lights just over the bed. Because of this, we had to remove the main connection and sleep without fan on. We tried to contact the owner and after a conversation, we realised that he was aware of this situation ,still chose nothing to do with this.
