Very peaceful and quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of Chiplun. Spacious property. Decently maintained.

First up, the caretaker of the property didn't speak Marathi, which I think is offputting since you have a resort right in the Maharashtrian heartland, Konkan. The rooms were good, but for the price that we paid, we genuinely felt either the rooms could have been better or the tariff could have been lower. The parking was not adequate. Had there been even a single extra car, parking would have been a great difficulty. We didn't get lunch at 1 pm (which is an ideal time for lunch) because the kitchen was shut. Proper restaurants are not close by, so that's a problem if someone is not coming by their vehicle. Pool was very unclean, water was muddy, didn't even feel like taking a dip.

The property was huge and it might be perfect for the summers since it has such a lovely pool too and well maintained garden. The rooms are nice and clean.

Location was just the remote and you won't find any place of interest closer to this property. Also wifi wasn't working so it was a bit of an inconvenience for us.

The garden outside and the greenery around was refreshing

It is an old bungalow converted into a resort. More like home stay. Except for water nothing is available. The neighbouring lady serves tea and you have to tell her in advance about lunch and dinner which is a passable fare . The caretaker Arun is a nice person who attends promptly . The property is old ,toilets stink, the doors have no handles from inside so difficult to open doors. The property needs refurbishment . The lady who serves lunch and dinner should get the food in containers rather than getting it open in plates . Guests who intend to stay there should carry almost everything from kettle to ready mix tea packets ,snacks, toilet rolls. The good thing about the property is that it is well maintained outside with a lot of greenery but…but there is a lot to be done inside to make the stay more comfortable
