Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel upgraded my room on arrival. The room was very spacious, hygienic and very well lit. Beautiful view to the lawn. Very comfortable bed and spotless white bed linen. We felt very much at home during our entire stay (25-31.01.2025) at the Taj Deccan Hyderabad. The hotel staff knew how to make us feel very comfortable and relaxed with their friendly, professional and personalized service. This applies to all levels of the hotel, e.g. reception, concierge, restaurant, kitchen, room cleaning, pool, bar, etc. It was extremely impressive for us to personally experience the positivity, friendliness, openess and ease with which the staff managed to fulfill our every wish. We were particularly impressed by the individual, friendly and accommodating service provided by the restaurant staff and cooks to fulfill our special wishes regarding food. In addition, we would like to particularly highlight the friendly, extremely professional and patient support of concierge) in organizing some personal things without sparing any time, effort and energy. Overall, the Taj Deccan Hyderabad really made us feel very comfortable and at at home every moment of our stay.
