Nothing of that sort which I felt i should be critical of. May be in the restaurant menu, they can add more continental, oriental dishes. Being a 5 star hotel, i felt it missed variety which i am sure they will add in future.

Very Cordial Staff. Yummy food, excellent ambience. The aura was very positive. All greeted with a smile, be it security, janitor, chef or front desk executives. Best part was new year gala party in which there was food, cakes, mock tails, DJ and loads of fun. Kids activity area was a place where my kid enjoyed the most. Best part in that area was availability of PS5. Though it was paid service and a bit costly but we enjoyed it. Couldn't enjoy the swimming pool as it was winter. The badminton court and squash court were 2 more places which we didn't avail but will surely enjoy in our next trip.

Difficult to pin point. Location was somewhat inside where it is difficult to get local transport.

Breakfast spread was excellent. Staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Room was neat and clean. All amenities were there.

Keeping the brand image of Taj, I feel that the buffet dinner we had needed more improvement in terms of spread and taste.

The location. It is very peaceful and full of greenery. Has a holistic feel. The massage experience was very good and I would like to repeat it. The breakfast is very good.

Jacuzzi was complimentary but was available separately for men and women. As we planned our first night to be at Taj, we were expecting it to be open for couple (as complimentary) but it was chargeable.

Indrajeet and Shruti provided excellent customer service! Loved how everyone greeted us with utter respect and were extremely friendly! We loved the little gestures while we were welcomed and that provided us warmth. Overall, an amazing stay!

There's nothing to dont like about the stay at Taj Gandhinagar

It was hospitality at it's best at Taj Gandhinagar, as always. You feel delighted to enter into the world of Taj Gandhinagar's hospitality. The welcome by staff was really warm and can let you forget your journey woes. Checkin was done by the Check-In staff while you can relax and explore the property and your luggage would be delivered to your room without any hiccups.

It was a bit far off and nothing in the vicinity. However due to this, it was green and quiet from the city hustle.

Its a beautiful, clean and green property. There were a lot of activities carried out by the hotel staff to keep the guests and especially kids engaged. We were taken care of pretty nicely and thoroughly enjoyed our stay !

We just want to say a big thank you to Taj Gandhinagar team for making our stay memorable and comfortable. My wife has travel restrictions, so instead of choosing any international destination or long travel journeys I happened to bump into Taj properties in Ahmedabad. We choose Taj Gandhinagar only because of its positive reviews and it being a resort property within city limits. All I had put a request for is a room with a good view. The whole team went out of the way to make extra special arrangements from giving us the preferred choice of room, decorating the whole room to celebrate the occasion. The whole team is a putting a great experience and I am sure this is going to be the best hotel in and around Gandhinagar. Special thanks to Prachi, Amit, chef Manoj and Executive chef – Vishwajeet. All the interactions, the hospitality was amazing. Security Staff of the hotel and in the porche area and entrance are very polite and welcoming. Thank you for making our stay memorable. Gratitude. We would surely visit the hotel soon, and would also insist everyone to stay at this hotel.
