The shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it.

We stayed for 1 night in order to see the sunrise early morning at The Taj Mahal. The hotel is in a great location you can walk to The Taj, staff are so kind and the food for both breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Thank you for the servers for organising a rooftop dinner reservation with a view of the The Taj and the effort you went to to create such a lovely dining experience for us. The pool is a great bonus as well.

Our room was in basement and smelled of mold. When complained was told that they will spray air fresheners and as the time passed the blanket got wet due to condensation

Smart TV remote didn’t work

The pool was lovely and the rooftop restaurant staff were very attentive with live music as well. Very close to Taj and helpful front desk staff.

I didn’t like the quite hard sell of the traders with their ‘inlaid marble’ goods

They change the wifi password every day which is a bit annoying as you have to get a new code from reception.

Fantastic location for visiting the Taj Mahal. The rooftop restaurant had a great atmosphere with classical Indian music every night.

Our stay at Hotel Taj was exceptional! The staff was incredibly accommodating - we arrived early and they went above and beyond to have our room ready by 10:00 am, which was so appreciated after our journey. Our room was great - comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The absolute highlight was the rooftop restaurant with stunning views of the Taj Mahal - enjoying meals while gazing at this wonder of the world was unforgettable. The location couldn't be better - just a short walking distance to the Taj Mahal, making it easy to visit at different times of day. The entire experience was incredible, making our visit to this iconic monument even more special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra!

The view wasn’t as good as described

It was a OK stay and so was the breakfast. There wasn’t a lot of choice but enough. Only 10 mins walk from Taj Mahal

The staff were very friendly and super helpful from before arrival organising a car to collect us from the train station, being able to accommodate an early check in (MUCH needed after arriving on a night train), helping to book Taj tickets and general local recommendations. We had dinner in the rooftop restaurant - food was great and lovely atmoshphere with local music Our rooms were clean, spacious and beds comfy. The pool was lovely to be able to cool off after a sunny, hot day being a tourist! Amazing location with only 10 minute stroll to the Taj and lots of tuk tuks just outside so easy to get to other sights

Bathroom have no exhaust and toilet seat jetty was leaking but that minor issue.Also they dont serve alcohol.
