Nothing bad in the property it's just that they have open parking for cars, if you are a solo traveller and traveling on a bike then they can get your bike parked inside the property.

The property and specially room was very clean. I found one of the cleanest washrooms in my usual business trips. The staff was very polite and helpful, I had to check out 11 in the morning but still had work in the city, they kept my luggage and when I came back I recharged my phone and got fresh (without any room). Tea is good at this place.

The staff is pretty bad..... i got at the hotel early in the morning coming from other city, around 6am and my check in was at noon.....They have a security guy at the reception which wont alow me in and wait at the reception, even more he speaks no english. The tuk tuk driver helped me to convince him to let me stay in a chair at the reception. when i left the same thing happened, i had to leave at 4am to get a early bus.....the same guy didnt let me to go out saying that i didnt pay for the room service, which i've paid at the night before to not have an issue like that.

the hotel is new and good besides the others in Agra.They sell good food in the hotel.

I visited to Agra last month December 2023. the temperature is really freezing. I preferred a heater inside the room. unfortunately it is not there. Other than that all other things are perfect.

I liked the environment and the friendly helpful staffs. room is neat and good and the food is tasty. lift is available. Thank you for the good service.

However, the bathroom, while big and with hot water, had a not-so-clean toilet. It was a bit disappointing, and we were hesitant to use it more, even after we told reception and it was cared for. No bonus points for the cleaner this time! One interesting thing to note is that even though we booked for two people, the included breakfast seems to be just for one. That's something different from what we've experienced elsewhere!"

Great deal for the price! This hotel strikes a good balance between cost and quality. It's really close to the Taj Mahal, the train station, and the main road with lots of shops. You can hop on a tuk-tuk for about 100 INR to get anywhere you need. The room looks really nice with AC and a comfy bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Extra charges for early check in

Aaloo paratha and breakfast was good, location was in nice serene area that too close to Tajmahal and Agra Fort. Could see Tajmahal from the Terrace.

I visited Agra for an official tour. During my stay I was comfortable with the Taj Sojourn and the staff was very good. Minor things I want to mention here that bathroom sleepers should be provided in the room . Rest is OK

3 rd floor have access from owner House.just put a curtain as a partition. Outside food not allowed in the hotel.I ordered the food before reaching the hotel by online. Unfortunately i sat in the taxi & eat the food.Not mentioned in the policy. Non veg not allowed in the hotel, not mentioned in the policy Privacy is very less. Staff also using third floor appartment bathroom. Dont book the third floor apartment. Limited breakfast, not professional ( dont know how to arrange).
