The bed was with a super soft topper. The staff were happy swap it or give me an extra mattress to sleep on. which was much better! Super happy with situsation being resolved so easily!

The hotel was great! Staff almost 5 star like. facilities perfect. nothing to complain at all. The roof top lounge area is great the food is low on indian cuisine but offers continental / asian fusion like foods too. Personally when someone travels to india they should get indian foods. no one comes to India for Pasta! but thats my personal take on travel and the reason for it.

Very nice hotel. Staff is very nice and polite. Wifi works well. Room is comfortable, bathroom is very clean. For breakfast you can have local and european. Close to the attractions. Taj mahal view from top is nice.

Loud music is coming from a nearby venue in the early evening. Even the monkeys were running from that scandolous music.

The room was nice, but beware of the shower floor. It's quite slippery. Great breakfast.

This hotel is a peacefull refuge in Agra, everyone in the hotel is really kind and helpfull. They received us when we arrive with cool drinks and she painted us the 'bindi', it was a wonderfull arriving moment. The swimming pool is amazing and the gym complete. The hotel has different restaurants to choose, a gallery wirh shops and a rooftop dinning place. We ate two days here and the food was excellent, so was the service. I recomend this hotel indeed!!

The staff and the food is PERFECT! They have 2 cute dogs too. The pool is perfect and all the other ammenities. We celebrate a birthday at the hotel and there was cake

The hotel is in need of decorating especially in the rooms because they are tired and dated, not Like in the pictures on booking . Com website. The hotels two Labrador dig are lovely but tend to cock their leg on the lobby chairs etc! , so smells a Little in places

The reception staff is inefficient. Very slow and despite being informed to keep the bill ready, did everything at the last minute. Delayed my departure needlessly. Even for getting a card with three floor access for the family coordinator, (as my family members were put in three different floors), it took several attempts and detailed explaining. Guests were allowed to enter the swimming pool fully clothed and this was an ugly sight with no one to stop them from dirtying the pool. Strict dress policy is needed and this should be kept in writing in the rooms that only proper swimming costumes are allowed in the pool.

The even numbered rooms on the 3rd floor look towards the Taj Mahal but the view is obstructed by a water tank. Higher floors may be preferable. The catering staff is friendly and caring.

Beware that the drinks inside the minibar are not complimentary.. there was no mini bar menu in the room or any sign mentioning the same so I assumed that those were free.. while settling the invoice the night before it wasn’t mentioned or added to the bill either.. the following morning when I was in a rush to head out to the airport and handing over the room access card it was mentioned.. they charged me £4 for a can of coke.. what a rip off!!!! This was the only disappointing part. If there was a menu or notification in the room I could have made an informed decision. Due to its absence I felt misguided and ripped off.

Very clean.. every nook and corner smelt good.. better than any other 4 star hotels I’ve ever stayed in.. the buffet dinner didn’t have wide selection but food was tasty.. the massage at the spa was amazing.. staffs were great..

It was a good pleasant stay. Hotel location is very convenient and best thing about hotel is its staff, they are very helpful and courteous. Would specially like to mention Amit who was extremely courteous and helpful during morning break-fast and also was managing Sky-Deck restaurant well.

The staff were very attentive and helpful during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely platter upon our arrival. The pool was a big attraction to us as we wanted to relax after three weeks travelling and it didn’t disappoint! The Sky Deck on the roof has picturesque views of the Taj Mahal and surrounding areas and food was delicious. Thank you so much for a wonderful time at your hotel.

The food at the rooftop restaurant is mostly European but it’s still delicious and the view is absolutely worth it!

From the moment we walked in and were warmly welcomed by Sebastian, we felt we entered a special place. The hotel lobby is gorgeous, you get to pet the two lovely labradors while you drink homemade lemonade and wait for your check in. Our room was clean and spacious, nicely decorated. Breakfast was very good with some nice Indian options as well as a bigger a la carte menu. We also lunched there once and really enjoyed it. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special and ensure your stay is as perfect as it can be, particularly Manesh and Papender and the lovely lady with glasses at the reception. We loved the hotel and the atmosphere there so much that we extended our stay. On our second day we enjoyed the lovely pool, Jiva spa and the rooftop restaurant. The location is perfect, a 15min drive from the train station and a 5min drive from the Taj Mahal.
