I was not able to pay with any of my foreign bank cards which were accepted all over India, at the ATM next door and all of Rajasthan.

I stayed for a week and had no issues of any kind during this time. I was out and about for meetings etc all day long but very happy to be back for a delicious Indian dinner every night. I didn't try any of the non Indian dishes but will definitely recommend guests start and end their day with the excellent local cuisine. There was never a shortage of hot water, the area is nice and quiet - as quiet as being near the centre can be - the staff and management friendly and helpful

It is a straight up no frills honest hotel where Indians and foreigners are treated alike. Quiet and less busy location. Nice and clean. A good experience.

The hotel is getting on in years but clean and well maintained.

We had a big, clean room and enjoyed our breakfast outdoors in the nice garden. Tara Niwas is located a few minutes driving from crowdy city center and is a good choice for for exploring Jaipur and all its sightseeing highlights.

A beautiful and well run hotel. Charming and quaint. Really delicious food and the staff and all so helpful. Lots of nice touches, such as providing the daily paper, and providing us with info about local crafts and sightseeing.

A delightful little hotel with a wondeful ambience. Full of plants and space and light. Very enjoyable. Our hot water didn't work, but in truth that didn't matter. The cafe was very sweet and provided nice coffee. We also loved the peacocks and rabbits! Definitely recommend this place to stay.

The toilet did not flush fully with first flush.

Very clean and enjoyed seeing local block printed fabrics used in this hotel. Attentive and helpful staff. Given written information on where to find local handicrafts. The restaurant was adequate. Especially appreciated complimentary RO water. Loved having functional hot water for showers.

Great little hotel. Great location, near train and bus station and only a short tuk tuk trip into the old city. Rooms were clean, spacious with very comfy bed. Lots of hot water and we even had a bath in our room. Staff were helpful and a tasty breakfast was included.

Overall it was very nice experience staying at Tara Niwas. Near to Jaipur Railway station and staff is very supportive. breakfast was good and accommodation place is super clean.

Construction/ repair work was carried out when we had stayed there. I hope this could be planned a little better to avoid inconvenience for the guest
