No parking. Even though we checked before booking about parking and were told that parking to be done on road but realized once we reached the property that road is very narrow and full of monkeys. The car was full of monkey shit the next day and there was no help to clean that. Asked for handwash soap and were told that we can use bodywash to clean hands as there is nothing separate. There is no food facility and you need to manage with nearby (around 1km away) restaurant who served us chicken instead of paneer by mistake. Property is difficult to approach (stairs and all) and the caretaker couldn't help with luggage while checkout.

Location is very beautiful. The property is all about location and view which is breathtaking.

They should clean the room and bathroom everyday. The pathway to the place down is not safe for senior citizens.

If you like to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city life for few days, this place is best for you. What I like most is the view of lush green tea garden and mountain. Caretaker Muthu is very helpful and his mom is a great cook. The wifi was working superb as it was a workation for me. Overall had a refreshing stay there.

Food was not available. Geyser was not working. Bedsheets were a bit unclean. We had to check with the caretaker for drinking water which was not accessible for us. No designated parking.

The atmosphere was good. View was fantastic. Good staff.

The room is filthy. It has not had a proper clean in years - if ever. The doors, the bathroom window and surrounds were disgusting. The whole room floor had not been cleaned properly even. The owner , caretaker, cleaner clearly have very low standards - no standards even. It is single glazed ( at 2000meters) so there is condensation inside the room making it damp. No heating in a cold place. We felt dirty just being in the room. Glad we had only booked for 1 night. The owner clearly does not care about their guests or have any respect for us paying good money to stay in this below standard accommodation.

The room was not properly cleaned, I saw a frog in the bathroom as there was no window protection screen and there were few insects. The floor and the glass window looked dusty. The balcony is shared with all rooms, so couples cannot feel the privacy. Cannot eat anything outside the room as there were few monkeys roaming always. While checkout I saw the caretaker drying the towel from another room without Washing it. Fortunately I used my personal towels. For the given cost of 3150 INR hope we can expect washed towels and bed spread. The worst thing happened is I got the morning coffee with spoiled milk. I wonder how someone can serve a spoiled food item to guests.

The location was awesome, the property is surrounded by beautiful tea estates on three sides and the view was stunning in the evening and early morning.

Honestly nothing..

Very well enjoyed!!...we booked for one night but seeing the ambience of the resort we extended it for one more night. Excellent staffs (Muthu and his family) takes good care of the customers..the best part of the stay was the food prepared by them..very very tasty and delicious.. resort owner also called and enquired about us..he gave us complimentary breakfast though it was not part of the package.. resort is located on a calm and cool place, away from city were you won't get any dust or honking.. overall very much satisfied with Tea Leaf resort.. thankyou..
