We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

India1) tea/coffee is not included in breakfast. I opted for breakfast meal plan, so you will get only breakfast. I saw this first time, generally breakfast includes tea/coffee. But here, If you want tea/coffee - pay extra.😄😄 2) Gyser is on only during 7 am to 10 am. If you are tired and want to take bath in the evening, you have no option other than cold water 3) Intercom not working, you have to go to reception to request anything. 4) Make sure you remind them at least 4 times before they provide you as you requested. If you get anything after informing once then you are lucky. 5) No milk provided for kid. 🙄

IndiaThe room is not up to the mark. I got room in the ground floor. The room doesn't have any full window curtains. I used the towel on behalf of the curtain for the privacy (the room is in the ground floor). Cleanliness is average. Overall below average mark.
