The location, taste of food is very very tasty and Shri. Patil (caretaker) is very co operative and helpful person. The washroom is very clean. Bedsheet are clean and neat. Rooms are clean.

GPS location not matching with Actual location, they might have manipulated location Near to Beach to get booking, so difficulty to find, Also our room Geyser was not working, water plumbing lines chocked due to sand, they have to look in it, also Room rates are on higher side,

Very nice place. Rooms are super clean, big washrooms and good location. Beach is at walkable distance. Food is also good. Good people.

The premises can be made more attractive. The space can be utilized for out door seatings etc. Also in between foul smell of drainage is experienced which can be worked on.

The location of the resort is walking distance to beach. The staff is very cooperative and experienced excellent hospitality. Food quality was very good. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

It is a okay place to visit but the cost of food is too much and they are charging 350 per plate for fish thali, but food is limited even they charges extra for extra Rassa and Rice , I think if you are taking 350 per plate then atleast rice and rassa should be unlimited also they serve a medium size surmai and pomfrate

I booked this place as the location pin on Google shows it just next to the beach. Which is fake. it's just a fake marketing practice to pin the location somewhere at an attractive location. The worst part was I had booked an AC cottage as shown in pics on booking.com BUT 2 days after booking the owner called and said that cottage was damaged and he can allot a Non AC room. I agreed for the same but AT THE SAME TIME I had requested that if the repair work happens on time before the day of our check in we will still want the AC cottage. But when we went there we found out that the room was allotted to someone else and the had to adjust to a Non AC room. This appeared a planned act of maybe giving it to someone else at a higher cost. For me cost was not a problem at all. These are purely unethical business practices. Will never use booking.com and not recommend anyone about this property.

Owner declined my bookings and gave us another rooms. I was totally disappointed. Also considering the services, facilities and resort environment charges are quite high as compared to other resorts and home stays of diveaagar.

No nearby proper restaurant available. Although you can order thali from here but need to wait for 1 hour. Exhaust is missing in toilet.

Just 500 meter distance to the Beach. Family cottage is big enough for accommodating family of 5. Not sure about other rooms. Got it for 2700 per night from booking.com. Free parking for car.

1. NOT WORTH THE PRICE: Too high a price for a modest room with less than basic facilities. 2. MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT OF Air-conditioning: Although they advertise the property with AC rooms, not all rooms are AC. BE CAREFUL! If you accidentally overlook if AC is in the amenities of your room, you may end up like me. We had AC in our rooms. But unfortunatey, it was not offered for our booking. Our booking was classified as a NON-AC booking. 3. VERY LOUD: Quite loud on New years eve. 4. DIFFICULT ACCESS with car: Very tiny road which leads to the property
