It's located on a busy main road, so isn't much of a view from the windows but it's quite alright for a short stay.

Room was a good size, really convenient for a small family. Comfortable stay and free parking at the underground garage (although garage feels small, the security guard really took care to ensure that car is manouvered correctly and safely). The hotel is great for a short 2 or 3 night stay. The bed is really comfortable! Air-conditioning is decent.

Located on a very busy narrow road with no decent shops to buy any basic essentials or even a single restaurant. We stayed for a few hours as my young son was too unwell to travel back to Bangalore by overnight bus the previous night and the place we were staying in earlier was over booked and we could not extend. we needed a place close to the railway station and that was reasonable at such short notice. However a few hours was also too long. The corridors and rooms were musty and smelly and the place was basic. Location is very bad.

Stayed 22/23 apr 24. Ac did not work, even after 3 hours the temperature was 30 degree. Receptionist said it will come down, Which never happened. We asked for a change of room instead of deluxe room we got normal room, where ac was working. But later we observed the hotel is playing with the ac, they kept the ac remote, temperature was set for 20, but it has been adjusted for 27 degree, so the room never went below 27 degree. We r not staying for free, un this summer it was not at all pleasant. Dont know whey have to play all the games I don't understand. Moreover no coffee tea arrangements also, no near by hotel. Don't prefer to ever visit again.

ALSO NO PROPER COMMUNICATION FROM ROOM TO RECEPTION... CALLS ARE NOT ATTENDED... NO ADJUSTABLE CHANGES WITH AIR CONDITIONER, WE COULDN'T MODIFY TEMPERATURE... ALSO FOR FAN, ONLY EXTREME HIGH & EXTREME SLOW... EVERYTHING IS CHARGEABLE INCLUDING WATER, EXTRA BED IF ANY..... NO RESTAURANT INSIDE STAY INCLUDING FOR TEA/SNACKS AT MORNING/EVENING....

NOT MUCH ATTRACTIVE, JUST A TIME PASS STAY... BUT CLEAN ROOMS, LIFT FACILITY... COULDN'T EXPECT SPECIAL ATTENTION... JUST NORMAL, BUT GOOD.

Friendly, helpful staff at reception. Spacious and clean room, large bathroom, hot shower, comfortable beds, good AC and fans, cold refrigerator. Room was exactly like the online pictures. French Quarter/White Town easily accessible by auto. Would definitely recommend.

Resturant was under renovation so was not available The location is bang in middle of city so very much chaotic. No other decent restaurant in the vicinity. This hotel is passable only for people who have their own vehicle

Since I am a vegetarian, there was only non veg hotel available. I need to walk for 600-700 mtrs to get my food. Or i need to order from swiggy or Zomato.

The rooms were clean and staffs were friendly too. Valet parking also available. Since it is in prime location all other places are nearby. You can order food from swiggy/zomato.
