Fantastic stay. Don't believe the naysayers. I stayed there with my Twin Toddlers + family. It was safe. Very friendly folks...and it is extremely safe. The location is fantastic. Easy access to almost all main places of interest while also providing quiet time. Go for it.

The description mentioned a kitchen and a fridge but no fridge, no cutlery and no salt, pepper, cooking oil, sugar or anything. I had to ask for a stove and received a one pit electrical one. So could not make dinner. When I mentioned the missing fridge, the reply was simply "no fridge" and then he turned away and used his phone. Disappointing. Also, the room did not match the pictures. Same building but a different room.

The location was quite a walk away from most things like convenience stores, restaurants, shops, markets etc. Delivery apps too found it difficult to pinpoint the location on their maps. Since I had to work during my time there, frequent power cuts did not help. I don't think there is any generator but I don't blame the place for it. It poured and lashed out during the days I stayed there, so I can't comment on if or when power cuts happen out of season.

The apartment had a few rooms and I had one for myself. I was the only one in the entire apartment during my stay and thankfully had the whole place to myself. The dining hall provides for a good place to work in peace. My room was very clean and my room had a wardrobe, a bed and a side table, giving me everything I needed. There was a cleaning lady in the premises and a security guard throughout the night, making it feel much safer in a calm, quite and slightly rural looking locality.

Expected some coffee powder/ tea powder in the kitchen, those materials were missing. Drinking Water was there but was not looking fresh.

As the property was new, there were some of the kitchen facilities not available. There should be some minimum items available - i) Tea / coffee making items (Tea / Coffee, Sugar, Milk Powder etc.) ii) Induction and Induction usable utensils. iii) Knife etc.

Breakfast was not there. It was through Swiggy, but staff were supportive in explaining the location to Swiggy guys.

I would specially mention about the cleanliness of the place.it's top notch The apartment setup feels homely and makes it hard to come out of it. Very peaceful surroundings with a chill vibe. Manager and other staff were so kind and helpful in informing about local conditions and places to visit. I would definitely prefer this place over any random hotels in Coimbatore. Thanks for the wonderful stay

Nice private location outside the main city of Coimbatore. Large facility for a family of 4. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

I was new to the city but the place was easy to find. It's off the Saganoor road but very peaceful residential area. Everything is conveniently located. The stay itself was fabulous as the accomodation is modern, spacious, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also I was travelling with my pet dog and they were gracious enough to accommodate him. I was travelling in my car and the manager even found a mechanic to look at some issue with it. Everything was fine and taken care of, the place felt like home, so what more could you ask for. Can't recommend it enough.

Location is excellent and near to many popular places in the city. Locality is quiet and peaceful. Well furnished home. Excellent staff and service. Good facilities provided.

My room was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. My wife had a problem in climbing and the staff did not even care to carry the luggage. In the evening, there was just a watchman and no one else. The location is quite complex to explain to taxi drivers. For food, you have to order from Swiggy and manage to guide the swiggy delivery person to reach to your place. While checking out at 10am, there was nobody to inform and leave. I just left the place without anybody to inform. The property is good but there is no one care about you.

It was one of the most horrible experiences.The owner as well as the property manager had 0 empathy for the mess and lies they had created. I had checked with them specifically if they had the fridge and cooking provision. They assured me it was there however when we reached the apartment it didn't have a fridge and the induction cooker. To make matters worse the property manager is saying please adjust as it is a serviced apartment and will have loads of issues. I opened the balcony door post which we were unable to lock it. Due to security reason we left the place and last moment had to search for another place. It wasn't cleaned well .. there was hair in the shower drain.. old water container kept and it is in middle of no where.. hard to get things to eat. Super pathetic customer service

When we were at the doorstep, the host asked us to leave because he had booked for someone else. He could have simply canceled the booking on the app, but that was not done. No intimation was sent. I had gone for a doctor's appointment from another city, and I ended up missing it because I had to search for another accommodation urgently. I feel the host should face some consequences or pay me some compensation.
