We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Wonderful management. We reached at midnight, and they gave us an upgrade to a bigger room. Helpful staff. If you are there to visit the VFS office, then this is the perfect stay. The VFS building is next door. It's not fancy and has basic amenities, but it's good.

United StatesCheck-in was not appropriate. I had already told the hotel that I would be checking in at 3:00 a.m. However, the gate was locked, and I had to call someone to let me in. If I did not have an Indian number, I am not sure if I would have been able to check in. This is highly inappropriate. Furthermore, they were making the room when I checked in, which was frustrating as well.

IndiaNew property atvabgood location, right next to Gopalan Mall. Rooms are nice and big with large bathrooms and good air-conditioning. The wash basin is conveniently located outside the bathroom, allowing people to use it when tyenloo is occupied. Needs a few more staff but I'm sure that will change soon.

IndiaThe hotel didn't have any other services such as a restaurant and the rooms had an intercom to the reception which was not working moreover, there was no person in the reception during most of the time. Also there was no geyser in the bathroom.
The hotel was in one of the prime locations.
