I was there for my son's US visa interview and the US consulate is very near. So overall the stay was comfortable and finally it was great to return happy after getting Visa.

Rooms could have been a bit cleaner and there was some very loud construction during our stay.

Very friendly staff and a great location! Easy to walk to the Park St area and a quick cab ride to much of the city. Rooms were comfortable and they had a quick laundry service. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant was never too crowded.

They have rooms that don't have windows due to heritage type property. And also hard for handycapp and older persons due to lack of lift. The Restaurent seating area can be improved.

The breakfast. Even with all the variety on display, there were only a couple of items that were actually tasty. The south Indian items simply did not cut it.

Its a popular event venue and one section of the hotel—the window of our deluxe suite—was right next to Deck 88 so it got noisy. There was an event the day before our checkout and the staff were rearranging the furniture late at night. But the polite and understanding staff were very apologetic and even granted us late checkout.

Beautiful hotel in a heritage building. Comfortable beds, large rooms, great breakfast. The place was centrally located to restaurants and tourist places such as the Victoria Memorial.

1st Floor corner room (occupied by us) has shared windows facing the bar...they could use soundproofing to ensure a quieter stay for guests. Improving this aspect would greatly enhance the overall experience.

It has no lift. Had a bit of a tough time climbing stairs due to my heart condition.
