Due to Electricity fluctuations the Gaycer was not working on 29 Apr, No Idea why the generator was not turned on. We had to take bath on normal chilled water in both the rooms.

Breakfast was very good, every day different Menu, served fresh. Especially the Manager Mr. Shan was very friendly reached out each guest and checked whether they're satisfied and asked for feedback every day. Over all I would say the place is very quite and peaceful, and the staff's were very friendly.

Staffs were polite and friendly especially the security guard was too good. Food was too good. Their breakfast is exceptionally good. As no cellphone signal in the room, you can enjoy your peaceful stay. WiFi at the room and across all the places with same password helps a lot. Through out the day I was having continuous meetings and didn't have any issue with the internet speed. I would recommend the place for those who is doing work from home job.

morning breakfast complementary is not upto the mark.room cleaning is not done and we recommended to clean the room , service was not good.continous power cut, power cut is very disappointed and no power back up on immediate solution. Looks disappointed, totally unsatisfied and disappointed.Room cleaning and power cut and bathroom door not locker for 204 room. Totally wasted money ,for that room is even not worth for 1500.

The management of the property is abysmal. There were stains on the blanket and the curtains. We asked to change the bedsheet and after a bit of hesitation from the cleaning staff it was done. The resort was packed with guests but the staff was not adequate nor they have planned for the food. We did not get much option to eat in the night as things were all over. The spa experience was horrible to add and we also shared the feedback with the manager. He was polite and took the feedback.

The location is excellent and it's very close to nature. The food quality and breakfast was very good.
