Resort is very well maintained, location is perfect and staff is also good and supportive. Activities like evening music, disco, pool, rain dance...are amazing. Food quality is also very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Had to change rooms at the start as needed better bathroom facilities. This was rectified by the staff in a timely manner to our satisfaction

The room should have had a few more amenities like an electric kettle, a mini fridge. Water bottles were present but no glasses... TV was there but none of the channels worked.

Food is mostly of Gujratis taste.

It’s a perfect place to relax and get engaged with Nature. Rooms are clean. Food is decent. Inhouse facilities like free adventure sports and massage are worth the money.

Due to moisture the intercom was not working and therefore in room dining was a bit stressful but manageable. Hotel needs maintenance and better housekeeping.

Food quality was of superb quality. The vegetable varieties were excellent. The serving staff was also very nice. Location of property was excellent. The staff of the Hotel were very nice and supportive.

Safeguard should be ensured against snake On 12 th June ( room no 146) showed a photo of wiper snake to reception but no action was taken.

The receptionist as well as managers do not pick calls(may be because of the network issue) Please make sure to connect with them before going. It might be possible you have to make 50+ calls

Our stay was good, we really enjoyed the ambiance, activities, environment and all. The best was the activities happened in the resort. They were fun.

Bathroom toilet flush was not in good condition, roof leaking with improper lights Spa was not available 😕 that was the highlight of the resort but not available Because of rain, we were not able to go out for sightseeing, which made us have a dinner buffet that was not a problem, but the buffet was only with 2 options which charged us so much that our whole family could have food for that money for 3 days. Overall, I'm not happy 😕 not for the price I paid for the facilities
