The rooms and bathrooms need maintenance. The walls had water marks all over, the windows were very dirty, and the overall appearance of the room was unclean. Even the bedside tables were at an angle. The toilet seat was out of place and baithong area needs a shower cubicle or a curtain . also this area needs proper cleaning.

AC was not working in one of the room perfectly. One thing which needed improvement was that ac should have been switched on in room before guest comes. The room was freaking hot and took more than an hr to cool down.

Staff was warm and attentive. Everything was clean except the bathroom was okok. They arranged cold breakfast since we need to leave early.

However, I did face a few issues. The room temperature was quite hot from 11 AM to around 4 PM, making it uncomfortable. Despite requesting a room change, my request was not accommodated. I even mentioned that it was okay to switch from a deluxe room to a regular room if that would help, but it wasn't addressed. Additionally, the faucet, especially the hand pipe near the toilet, had an extremely strong jet, making it painful to use. I requested a change for this as well, but it wasn't addressed. Moreover, there was a bad smell coming from the manhole in the wet area near the washbasin, which was very unpleasant. Overall, while I appreciated the service and cleanliness, I hope the hotel can address these issues in the future.

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The staff was very polite, especially during breakfast, and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. They were very attentive to cleanliness, like changing the bedsheets daily, which I liked the most

BF SPREAD WAS GOOD BUT MENU COMBINATIONS WERE ODD. it was not tasty. u could fill yr stomach but palette was not happy. corporates who get fat discounts wl find value for other mortals IT IS EXPENSIVE.

The building is shared as a commercial hub with the first 10 floors being used as office, the first struggle was to find the entrance to the hotel, which is at the back of the building. You'd have to get to 11th floor by the lift to get to the reception, which means nobody is helping you with extra luggage. The rooms had dust accumulated on desks and bed. The bathroom was also smelly with no room freshers. The worst of all was the AC being an individual unit for every room and it wasn't serviced for ages. When I turned it on, I could smell the dirt coming out of it! Also the restaurant was barely average and food options were quite ordinary.

It was a reasonable offering for a small budget, nothing extravagant but does the job for a short stay. The rooms were quite spacious, bathroom had warm water through the day running at a good pressure and room insulation and soundproofing was done quite well. Also friendly staff and a 24 hours reception!

The reception lady was rude. When I requested an early check in she kept me waiting for hours . Although I was ready to pay early check in charges. Cleanliness could have been better . Found dust all over the room. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Rust and dirt were everywhere. They had that shampoo and conditioner dispenser which was dirty from the cap area . Reception and lobby area all wooden tiles were coming out all though the hotel is only 2 years old. No comfortable seating area at reception. The lifts were dirty and no one was on the ground floor to guide us or help us with luggage. All together it was little disappointed as staff was all about money and wasn't ready make our stay comfortable.

The restaurant staff was accommodating ,polite and helpful.

Need to be specific during reservation process. Not only this time i have been there few more times earlier too. But every time i booked room it says city view but when i get there they always says no city view is available. Please update in system if no city view is available. I have paid almost 8000 INR but not specified at all.

Staff was nice. Rooms were cleaned. Still it can be better when someone pays 8000 rupee a night.

The toilet seat was not clean when we checked in. Towels were missing. We have to do so much requests to get it.

Best location to stay. Beautiful view from room. Even the breakfast and food was good.
