Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. It was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — the rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a nice ambiance that made it easy to relax. The food deserves a special mention — it was absolutely delicious! The breakfast menu had a good variety of options, and the flavours were spot-on. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. It was clear that customer service is a priority here that made a big difference in enhancing the overall experience. Cleanliness was well-maintained across the property, room and common areas were neat and pleasant. The location was also convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great food and excellent service. I look forward to returning in the future!

The staff were not sufficiently trained : 1 - I ordered a taxi to come around midnight and checked twice and was assured both times that the booking was made. However when the time came there had been no taxi booking made. 2. - on the morning before checkout i was told that the initial payment had included breakfast and there was nothing extra to pay. On checking out i was informed that breakfast had not been charged on the initial payment. By this time I had spent the INR leaving sufficient money for the taxi but for the additional charges.

The hotel was central. Room was large and clean. Breakfast Buffet was vegetarian and had a good range of dishes and fruit

I would say it will meet your basic expectations well but don't expect anything overly fancy.

Room was spacious, and clean. Have different expectations of a 4 star hotel in Trivandrum. Breakfast spead had good south indian food, fresh dosa & eggs and a small selection of western food. Staff are very polite and helpful.

The staffs were very good. The breakfast was good. Loved the size of the room and the location of the hotel was very convenient to travel anywhere.

It is just a personal thing regarding Room No.302, the washroom door could not be locked. A good carpenter can fix it in 10 minutes but as i was alone, i didnt have a problem with an unlocked door. In fact, this should not even be a negative - it is just a glitch which i had during my stay.

Room was quite nice, there was a living area with sofa and all for the visitors. Breakfast was OK-ish but the staff were extra nice. Courteous and professional. Room service was also prompt and very nice. Housekeeping is excellent. They make sure you are perfectly happy with your requirements. Front desk was very supportive. I had an early morning check out and when asked they said they will be ready round the clock. Overall, i would choose this hotel a second time too. Also, not to forget : its in the heart of the city, walkable distance to Railway station and Bus Stand - which is an additional bonus.

Parking space can be an issue. hotel needs to have more parking space for guests.
