Maintenance is poor - 1. Towels and bedsheets are very old and not clean. 2. No sleepers 3. No towel/Mat on bathroom floors 4. Wall paper is coming in many places 5. Cleaning is not proper 6. No drawyer 7. No hot water tap at sink 8. The cattle plug was 15 amp but there was no such socket in the room 9. The whole night, there was water dropping (on tin shade) sound in room no 114

There are very limited food options and the complimentary breakfast was very average as the restaurant staff was not so quick and helpful. The sitting area for restaurant was also little so we had to struggle to get our seats for the breakfast. Again the breakfast food was cold and with less options. We needed the room clean the second day of our stay which again the room has an option to click the clean button on but none of the staff cleaned the room until we were back again in the evening so multiple reminders.

The location is pretty good. Its Huge property with clean big rooms. Ample amount of parking space and 2 huge swimming pools for a perfect stay. The staff and owner were quite supportive and helpfull.

The rooms do not have any windows and has ventilation issue, you have to use AC all the time and cannot have fresh air in your room. The room freshener used had a very strong fragrance which I personally didn't like.

The rooms were neat and clean. There are 2 different swimming pools. Good amount of parking space. Sula Vineyard was just 6.5 km from here. Overall all value for money.

There were no arrows or people to guide where to park your car, no ready staff to take your luggage. We had to go to reception to ask for such things. Restaurant - they just placed our order on the platter without giving any cutlery. They really need to hire more people and train them well.

There were no stirrers, or green tea, or toilet paper, or face towels. there were cockroaches in the room that we had to kill. (several).

There was no electricity from 4 am till 6:30 am and when I stepped out to reach out to reception, there was no one available. Somehow I got the number of receptionist who helped us check-in and he was off duty and couldn't find anyone who could help in ensuring the electricity is back. So me , my wife and my 10 months old Son were all awake from 4am to 7am in the morning and checked out at 11. No compensation given for the inconvenience me and my family had to go through. Not a good experience at all.

No other guests there, was a bit strange. As if it was closed. Swimming pool was not clean and we couldn't use it (we booked the place thinking we would have a pool).
