Kitchen and breakfast is disorganized, chaotic. Facilities are also very poor during breakfast Taste of room service food is a let down. There are no dislikes. Just a recommendation that if the Final Bill can be sent to the Guest couple of Hours prior to the checkout would be helpful.

We as a Family thoroughly had a unique experience at Dune Eco Beach Village and Spa, Pondicherry. Of course we did enjoy our stay here with utmost satisfaction to cherish and remember for at least the next decade. Inception polite welcome by young receptionists and duly welcomed by the Relationship Manager himself none other than Mr. Umapathy with his instinctive warmth and excitement filling in Us was a soothing touch. Rajesh catering at the Restaurant was a Toofan 👍 experience. The whole staff were filled with smiles all the way through. Thank You Team Dune🙂

I am a vegetarian and the options for breakfast, lunch dinner menu were very limited. got bored with the same dishes every day.

The rooms and service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and ready to help. The villas are spaced wide with lots of privacy and seclusion. The private swimming pool was great. this was my second stay on the property.

The manager of the spa kept changing the price of services and what was included in the spa package, daily. It felt like he was trying to get as much money as possible out of me and even gave different prices to each guest for the same service. This did not feel good. It states on the website, brochure and all around the property that there is free yoga each morning. It only happened on Sat during my 5 day stay.

The environment is beautiful, the restaurant is tasty, the pool clean and the beach nice.

Food Choices are very less in the menu. No Main-course, specially if you like south indian food. Cost of the food is bit expensive.

The room was nothing like the picture We had taken non AC room and it was 7500 /- Which was not worth as it was full of bugs and if it would have rained that day the entire place would have been flooded. Was not worth the money. Our holiday was spoilt bcoz of the place. Was really bad. I wouldn't recommend the normal rooms too for old ppl or for those who are afraid of insects. Also I sprained my leg walking on the floor of non AC room.

So much of palm fruit ,blueberries were lying wasted . I felt they Could have given it to native farmers for lease .

The rooms are not worth the amount spent. The so called courtyard rooms are basic in facilities in the name of village tourism. Hot water not available, worms in the room, non fuctinal furnitures small room.. Restaurant food though nice cant eat there due to flies. Choose to eat from room. A big no if you are stayimg there with small kids.
