IndiaThe location, the room, the food was absolutely amazing, the hotel exceeded my expectations! The view from the room was of the sea, one could hear the waves from the room itself! The staff was extremely polite especially Abhay and Priyanshu. Would recommend it 10/10!

IndiaThe staff is rude and they charge more money than needed, just for a blanket. I asked them for an extra blanket and they told me we will charge ₹1100 for an extra blanket in the room. Then they told me that you have selected only one adult in the room, and so now you went, if you are two adults in the room, so you have to pay more. I think in one room with a double bed, we can accommodate to adult which I paid already ₹6000 for one night for one adult and then they are saying for an extra adult. You need to pay more and for the next day, I booked again a room from MakeMyTrip And they charged me 4500 per night for two rooms in an adult in the same hotel and same room category, so they are taking unnecessary unwanted money and the staff is not ready to help at all.

Hong KongWe were given preoccupied room Then moved to another room Room telephone was out of service One toilet roll, for two occupants hot water kettle was away from the socket. Bathroom taps opened hot add poured cold water and vice versa. The water from sink was over flowing. The floor got wet. We met the manager and shared our concerns. He offered to look into the matter We decided not to stay extra 2 days. The manager charged us for 3 days. There was heated argument. Finally after half an hour he accepted one day stay amount. If you are the owner please look into it Best wishes

United KingdomYou can tell it’s a new hotel and they have some training issues/aren’t experienced. This was our 3rd stay in 3 nights at a Fern hotel. At all other Fern hotels you receive a complimentary fruit platter on arrival. There was a sign in our room asking us to call to ask for ours. We called only to be told it was chargeable - so we ordered and paid. They don’t have enough staff - we called down at night to ask for 2 Pepsis and they called back to say they didn’t have any. Upon further questioning it turned out they did have them but didn’t have enough staff to bring the drinks to us. My partner complained and we finally got the drinks and 2 staff members came up to deliver them - so they’re not that short staffed! During the day we ordered 4 mocktails and they took over half an hour to arrive and 2 of them were incorrect. They also don’t have a laundry service. They also have no luggage trolleys, so the poor staff have to carry all your luggage up to your room. Such a basic item to have in a hotel. The staff need more training before this hotel opened.
