The bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet seat was loose.

The stay was comfortable, the room sizes were good, the location is also good.

Acoustics: you can hear the people (when talking loudly) in the corridor from your room but I guess it was exceptionally noisy due to the wedding happening.

Rooms are spacious and clean with good amenities, sober but elegant decoration. Good quality mattress and pillows. Staff was helpful and very nice. They have rickshaw contact you can trust to make your experience more pleasant.

Service - very good food - very good room size and facilities - very good I had a day stay at the hotel and was surprised by the overall function of this hotel. Everything was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would book this for my future visits.

The room categories were - mountain view and forest view. There are literally no mountains visible from the room. Even the forest view is barely a forest view! The bathroom fittings were broken and there was lot of water wastage. Breakfast was average.

Clean and huge rooms. Comfy bed. Good ambience overall. Location is good with enough parking for vehicles. Quiet surrounding away from city's hustle bustle. 10 mins drive to Ganga Ghat.

There was nothing to complain so everything was perfect. The only minor thing may be the trash in the neighbourhood of the hotel. I guess this is a common problem in India - they need to establish a system to collect the trash. India is a very beautiful country with very nice and friendly people but it would be even better without the trash.

The location is perfect, staff was very helpful, the price value relation was excellent.

Nothing major but just had to call a couple of times repeatedly for certain room service needs which took some time but like i said nothing major ..the location some might feel a little isolated ....also would love to see more amenities in the future including a recreational play area or a pool or gym etc.. although at this price it is too much to expect....

The rooms were spacious and well maintained.. The highlight was the food....the chef is superb customizes food needs according to your needs...the staff is friendly....all of them including the restaurant staff... The location is far from the city chaos and is peaceful..the forest view rooms have a better view..

The hotel was booked for a wedding. Our room allocation was done right next to the donning hall. Loud music and Dhol playing at migrant again at 5 - this was not acceptable.

It was a lovely hotel, the best we stayed in during our three weeks in India. It was stylish and very smart but nicely relaxed with an excellent manager who was very helpful and charming. The decor is lovely, it’s in a nice quiet area but very close to town and has a great view over the forest. Everything g was well done and the bathroom was fantastic.

Everything was great.one suggestion I would like to tell is that if there is a doormat in front of every washrooms will be great.

Flush System of our Room 101 was faulty since day we checked in. On Second Day we complaint about this as my wife is pregnant. Hotel Staff asked us to shift in Room 102 along with our language in mid nite. Hotel Staff did even waited for next morning. Till time we checked out Room 102 was vacate. This attitude from Hotel Side disappointed us badly and we will sue them in court. I already file complaint of deficiency in services as Flush was faulty. We not compromised on part of Price of occupancy but this kind amenities we never expected.
