There should be few Taj indicative arrows from the highway . Else it is a bit confusing . Parking should be more organised

The service was slow but staff were efficient. The only thing which they need work on is service.

The entry of room was not good. The moment you open the main door, person sleeping on bed was visible. I think you should have some partition to avoid person standing outside see the guest laying on the bed. This is a very important point for me.

Both my wife and myself were on a short vacation. We were welcomed by Ms.Urmila at reception desk. Despite a holiday rush she personally showed us the room and explained the features of the property. Since we were on navratri fast. Chef Girish (Dinner time) and Chef Vishal (breakfast time) personally came to our table to understand and served us with Navratri food as per our requirement.

Balcony was not clean. Swimming Pool not working but still full money charged. Food taste can be improved to match the Taj brand. I have stayed at other Taj hotels and the food quality is much better at the other Taj properties. Bathroom showers can be improved. There was too much pressure.

The location and the infrastructure and facilities were top notch. Very courteous staff and hospitality.

The water in the loo n basin was muddy and it took a while to clear it when we called the staff. Very inconvenient and not expected from Taj!!

the choices of drinks. as its pet friendly hotel they can arrange for dining area where pets can be with us. we had to leave him in room and sometimes we had to dine alone as the young pup couldn't be left alone in the room. Room service was slow.

Poor cleanliness of rooms and bed sheet was torn, complimentary adventure activities not being offered. Even for small activities like pool table or cycling, they are charging. Prices are exorbitantly high @ 18 k per night with breakfast and one major meal for couple with a kid. Approach road is not ok with pot holes. No proper shade for parking of cars and in two days stay there, the car kept under the tree was in a state which is difficult to describe. The car should be atleast be in a state it was handed over. Expected a much better experience for the amount charged.
