Room could have been better.. there was drainage & leakage in the bathroom.. so there is scope for improvement.

Food & new Restaurant was super quality. Overall staff & their hospitality is top notch.

One the bath room drain is a issue that needs a look and Second, despite me seeking and getting a approval for a late check out for 1 PM, I still receive calls reminding me of check-out time and policy, this was a bother then because I was sleeping as I had a massive headache which was informed to the front desk while seeking the late check out.

I like the hospitality, the facilities and the overall ascetics of the room.

Feedback on Hygiene and Service Issues I would like to share my experience regarding the hygiene and cleanliness standards during my recent visit: 1. Lobby Area: Upon entering the property, the waiting area appeared quite untidy. There were used coffee mugs and trash scattered around, and unfortunately, no trash bins were placed nearby, making it look neglected. 2. Swimming Pool Area: The pool was crowded and appeared unmanaged. It was uncomfortable to see many guests in the water with open hair, which raised hygiene concerns and discouraged us from using the pool. 3. Dining Experience: During lunch, hygiene standards were not up to the mark. There was ongoing construction work nearby, which added to the discomfort. Most alarmingly, we found a termite in one of our drinks, which was unacceptable and deeply concerning. It appeared that the property might have been understaffed, which could have contributed to the poor maintenance and service levels. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the hygiene and guest experience going forward.

The check-in process could have been more faster. Had a long waiting time as the receptionist was an intern and had to wait for a senior to complete the formalities. Also, the rooms were a bit overpriced.

Rooms were spacious, modern and well equipped. Staff was courteous and helpful. Gym and swimming pool was well maintained as well.

Checked in Mid night but in spite of requesting non smoking room, smoking room has been given. Which was uncommon for me.

Breakfast menu was quite poor. Coconut chutney for idlis was made with dessicated coconut!!!! Never seen this before. Tasted horrible.

There is a mosquito problem in the lobby area. The need to close the buzz restaurant and the sitting area with a partition. May not look good but will help a lot.. unnecessary irritant in an otherwise beautiful property.

Service and food quality is very good. Resort is well maintained. Gym and swimming pool is also very nice . Close to the highway so access is good.

Rooms were clean, value for money, and staff were friendly. Mr Pawan at the coffee shop was excellent. For breakfast, if we order something for your family, and then the next day onwards, you don't have to remind him he will remember what you and your family members had ordered... super and very courteous.

Had to drive out to Bangalore the next day and was planning on leaving early morning, my breakfast not included in the deal. However, the team suggested that they can pack a complimentary breakfast for to carry. They packed fruits and croissants which was a sweet gesture. Great service!

If you work in Hinjewadi, it’s a great option. However, if you need to travel outside of Hinjewadi, it can be a nightmare due to heavy traffic.

Basic but modern hotel. Stayed here for a week for work. Place could do with some renovation here and there but staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was ok. They offer a good taxi service

The Chinese food at the restaurant was not up to the mark . It was extremely oily and taste was not at all upto the standards of the Taj. Very disappointing
