It was two noisy in the night, especially on weekends as there are 3-4 discos in same premises making it no-no for family stay. I booked 6 rooms 12 adults and 7-8 kids while booking on your site. But the rooms were booked for random people. I don't know where did it go wrong. We needed to pay extra for probably same 6 rooms and also for breakfast. I think while booking at "booking .com" we need to be a bit cautious. They couldn't show any "terms and conditions" leaflet at all. I called the facility beforehand (at the no. provided by booking.com) that do I need to book extra rooms as it's showing for less than what no. of adults I booked. The person told me no need, we will adjust on that day itself. While the persons on front desk told that all the rooms are booked. But, they provides us with 6 rooms. They could have adjusted us as no. of rooms were same. So, basically they created artificial deficit of rooms. They could have charged extra for breakfast but they charged extra for rooms in the name of giving us bigger room. That's it.

Location is cool. Breakfast was good. Staffs were good.

The room in 4th floor 405, where we suffered for the sound from the bar and disco in the upper floor, and also the hotel management doesn't have the proper security arrangement for the guest at night as I have suffered at night 3.30 am some unknown person ringing my room bell repeated times.

The floor I was on, had some party going on till 2 AM.. I could not sleep at all, and I had Visa appointment next week

The rooms were nice.. beds were Ok.. but maintained well. The hotel is at a walkable distance from US consulate. You can keep your electronics at reception and get your interview done and comeback in few mins.

We were allotted room no.213. I could not sleep throughout the night as the noise from the club below was reverberating through our room. I could catch some sleep only after 3 AM but had to get up at 6 AM as my daughter had to attend the VISA interview at the US Consulate at 8:30. The hotel is undergoing renovation and so things are dumped here & there.

I did not have breakfast as I and my daughter preferred to have it at Flury's.

Our first bedroom was not good the shower head was very rusty when you turned the water on the rust fell on you. There was no safe only one towel and the room was very noisy. They did change our room after our complaint.

Filthy breakfast location. Every where cigarette buds on floor. Basically bar was converted into breakfast area.

Very dated hotel and shower pressure was not great - internet glitched a little bit but was mostly ok A little noisy with nightclub and surrounding buildings with fans and generators going on - but you have to expect that with the reviews people write that people should read before booking Breakfast selection was very minimal This is a semi party hotel with a lot of young people drinking and so rooms and hallways can get noisy

The housekeeping was great they were very attentive and happy to help all the time - lovely team especially the manager The room service was great too and they had great food. The breakfast managers were very nice. The bed was so comfortable - Location was great Value for money for a 3 star hotel

This hotel has big disc which is open until 4am hence loud music impacted the night sleep
