A couple of minor things that are expected of a 5 star property were missing such as bathrobes, microwave. One of the most important things specially for a couple on a honeymoon is blackout curtains and the ones you are using right now have gaps in between and I didn't really appreciate that though your guy stapled it.

Overall it was a great stay. Loved the property, amenities aplenty, appetizing food and wonderful staff (very courteous and humble)

Very nicely maintained. Landscape planning is good. Variety of Bamboo plantation in the campus add to the beauty. Staff is well trained and very courteous. Food is good with lot of variety.

Great stay, jain food they prepared for us was awesome, well maintained. We loved the place..they upgraded our room , activities was very good. Swimming pool is excellent and night program is good too. Staff is very cooperative and nice.

A Stay beyond expectation. The Golden Tusk by Ivory Destinations is an amazing property. The description and details at the time of booking do not do justice to the property. It is much much better... I had gone for a family vacation clubbed with my daughter's birthday over a long weekend. I was regularly contacted by the property beforehand to plan the Jungle Safari and the route of my travel. I was warmly welcomed at the reception by Mr. Ravinder and Mr. Jatin who completed the checkin formalities in a jiffy. I quickly rushed to the restaurant where I had an amazing lunch buffet. This was followed by 2 days of absolute happiness and luxury. The positives are: 1. Friendly, Courteous and Responsive staff. 2. Pre planning of the stay in coordination with the helpful staff. Thanks a lot Mr. Suresh for the quick and easy booking of the Jungle Safari. 3. Vast and Huge Gardens in the Property. 4. Amazing Flora and Fauna of the Property. The property boasts of some wonderful and unique trees, butterflies and birds. 5. Tasty, Healthy and Clean Food. Special thanks to Mr. Sandeep Prasad, Mr. Deepak, Mr. Manoj and Ms. Deepa for arranging and serving the food promtly and efficiently. 6. Multiple options of supervised activities for the kids. The lady guiding the kids in the activity room was very soft, polite and highly skilled. 7. Multiple options of Indoor Games in the game room. 8. Multiple options of Outdoor Games including cricket equipment, badminton equipment, volley ball 9. Large, Clean and Well Maintained Swimming Pools. 10. Luxurious and Larger than usual size of Rooms. 11. Nice food and activities at the time of High Tea. Thanks Mr. Suresh for organizing the Tambola. 12. Very near (less than 10 miutes) to the Dhela Gate and the Jhirna Zone of the Corbett National Park. 13. I didn't like the room that was provided. I was charged around 12k including GST for a night stay. When we reached they said there is no other room. It was on ground floor so we couldn't open the curtains as people were passing by. The sofa were stained. It was horrible.When after sometime I complaint about the slow shower n asked them why didn't they provide us with a good room.. they said u should have asked earlier. When I revolted that I did asked earlier they said no u didn't asked your partner asked. Such idiotic ppl are working there. It's a waste of money. Our luggage was taken n kept on cycle stand outside. We were searching for it after checkout. Staff are so lame. Pool was not clean. Spa was okayish. Overall I'm never going back there nor recommending it to any of my friends.

Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner were also upto expectations. No complaints with the food. Location was fine. Ambience was ok.

The hospitality was very good. All the staff was very polite and courteous. Mr Sandeep, Mr Joshi, the head chef, all were very considerate and went out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay.
