The view of the property was not as expected. It was not their fault, but just the bad luck since most of the view is covered by a newly build property right in front of Hide-in property.

Having been there in January, the room was really cold as the building doesn't have a centralized heating system. You can reserve a small heater at the reception but it's 500INR/day and doesn't really make a difference.

Having stayed during the low season, we haven't experienced the Hide In at the top of its offer, however we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is really convenient to walk around everywhere in Tapovan and the breakfasts were tasty.

There was no dustbin in the dormitory and no curtains for privacy even not for the main window due to which other people could easily see from outside. Also, I had requested the manager to share some jamming session videos he had captured on his phone, but unfortunately, he did not respond which I did not like at all, I also text him but he didn't respond.

The hotel is nice, with well-maintained and clean property, the common area was great. Good location, very close to the market, easy access for public transport and Laxman jhula.

Nothing as such.

It is close to nature and at very peaceful location. Rooms were clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for peaceful stay, you definitely should give it a try. Also a very good street market and cafes with river view are at walking distance from this property.

•the plumbing should be definitely fixed better. I had a lot of water which wouldn’t go away for some time. So, it was wet in the bathroom. •hot water problems. I had to change rooms because my first room didn’t have hot water. The room on the second floor is good. •bathroom should be better cleaned (the toilet was dirty and I had to clean it myself); also behind the sink. •I saw a few cockroaches but I think it’s normal in India, isn’t it?😄

•Location!I loved the location! It’s quiet here, close to Ganges,easy to get on foot from the main road, close to Laxman Jhula bridge and some of the Ashrams. •Staff! All boys who work here are always smiling and ready to help. Ravi and Yash 🫶🏼 •I loved ginger teas they make here •the views! Rooms on the 3d floor are especially nice! The bathroom needs more deep cleaning, something is wrong with the sink stinks 😕 the mattres is too soft. Otherwise the hostel is a very good option to stay in rishikesh, very quite place with good views.

Big and spacious room, nice balcony with good views, the personal is really nice and helpfull!!! The common areas are very clean.

Mirror, Sampoo, Soap etc must be available in each room. TV and electrical appliance should be worked properly. Safety point of view, Fire extinguisher and Water House pipe and Sand Bucket must be available. Smoke detector must be available. Sleeper for each guest should be available.

There was good staff and his behavior and response were good. Good communication with guest. Proper guide from staff to guest. Cleanness was good. And Dinner was super and there was no difference from home dinner.
