Few appliances weren't working and needed replacement. Cleanliness can be improved in the room.

Location was in Mandrem, and closer to many restaurants/beaches etc., Even the north goa places are just about 45 min drive away. In general liked the place, breakfast spread, lunch/dinner options, pool and size of the room.

Half of the items on the menu were not available. No cocktails were available as their bar tender wasnt coming. The windows on one side were jammed and not closing as their maintenance guys were not there. There were alot of big cockroaches in the second room bathroom that my parents were living in. The toilet had a wierd smell at all times. If the above points are addressed, I would rate the entire experience a 10/10.

The place was beautiful and 20 mins walking distance to the beach.. the food we ordered was good and tasty. The staff were helpful with everything that we requested them.the view from the hotel room was amazing. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained.

Loved the stay with Aulakhs the great ocean view hotel.staff was courteous. Mr. Ashwani was brilliant.. Ashwani have full experience about hospitality..and Ashwani takes care his property in very well manners.good breakfast spread. Reccomemd for travellers who like to stay at this place. At last I want to thank Ashwani for make my stay wonderfull.

Swimming pool was very nice and it was available till midnight ! So we could swim after the sunset. Was easy to reach my favorite shak "Inspiration" on the beach. Russian/ Ukrainian cuisine cafes are very close as well as good supermarket Calisto.

My experience at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. I checked in hoping for a peaceful stay, but instead was subjected to a series of appalling events. Firstly, I contracted food poisoning from their buffet, leaving me feeling ill throughout my stay. However, the worst was yet to come. While working in my room to meet an important deadline, I spotted a cockroach. At first, I dismissed it, thinking perhaps it’s a one-off incident, but soon the room became infested with cockroaches crawling and flying everywhere. Upon calling reception, I was informed that the hotel was carrying out pest control across the entire building, which caused the pests to infiltrate my room. To make matters worse, workers were sweeping dead cockroaches down the hallways, making the situation unbearable. I had to abruptly pack up, delay my work, and was relocated to another room under immense stress. Although they initially apologised and promised me a complimentary weekend stay, they later retracted that offer. They also promised a late check-out, only to harass me in the morning by calling multiple times, demanding I leave. This stay has been traumatising—between the cockroach infestation, the impact of chemicals used during pest control making me feel ill, and the unprofessionalism of staff, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Their lack of proper guest care and inconsistent communication shows a failure in basic hospitality standards. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Food is something they need to slightly work upon in terms of improving service quality and taste...it took a long time for them to refill the food even with a very few guests around...but the staff is very helpful and made us feel comfortable

Great Location!! You can see the ocean view from the room. Rooms was spacious clean and up to standards also staff where very friendly and helpful. The gardens were beautiful and the pool is well maintained. The breakfast was too yummy with a variety of items. My family loved the property so much!!!

No response to request sent though booking.com. The basic requests were not honoured. There was no proper communication between the staff where one person said the check out is at 12 while the other staff asked us to check out at 11. Even though full payment was made at the time of checkin staff kept on calling to check on the payment. The room had a wired stinky smell. Lower floor had a common balcony for all rooms with no privacy at all even though the request for upper floor was sent a week prior checkin. would not recommend this place for couples . The property was good but the staff was not that hospitable.

Warm welcome on arrival and during the entire stay. Food served in buffet and ala carte , both found to be excellent. Rooms are very spacious with an ocean view n pool view. The pool area is the best part of the hotel and the perfect place to relax. Well maintained property. Good customer service with well trained staff.

It's that it's a little far from main beaches like baga ...but for people like us who prefer a calm peaceful stay...aulakh is the best option

Unfortunately, only Indian TV worked. Youtube was not connected. and phone to TV too. TV sound is terrible. this is the only downside! but we didn't come to Goa to watch TV!

beautiful hotel with a unique view. clean pool, helpful and smiling staff. the manager ashwani does a great job! always ready to help! My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for a month. there is always hot water, your every desire is fulfilled instantly. the rooms are clean, cleaning and change of bed linen every day (at your request). Breakfast is not rich but tasty. the electricity goes out, but it's not just in this hotel...it happens all over goa. beds are comfortable! Yes, it needs a refresh, but nothing critical. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and many restaurants. beautiful garden 🪴. I will gladly come back here again!

If I could give 100 stars I would. Excellent location, staff is incredibly nice and kind everyone always has a smile in their face, the manager Ashwani was amazing and so helpful he has a great team 😃 the hotel food is delicious, the best we have had in goa and the rooms are so nice. Everything works, which is strange in India 😂 hot water, comfy beds and very spacious rooms all with ocean view and lovely pool. The facilities are amazing we will be back for sure! A gem in Goa 😍
