Dear Guest, the feedback you have given does not reflect our homestay as the things you have mentioned do not apply to us. Maybe you have mistakenly wrote for us. All five rooms in our homestay have individual kettles with complimentary tea & coffee arrangements. Guests can check room photos for the proof. The state of road to reach us is very good, just next to Domino's & in front of another hotel. We are located just 1 minute walk from the main road (suitable for peaceful stay away from traffic noise) & only 16 minutes of walkable distance to Taj. This is actually the best location surrounded by many restaurants, souvenir shops, grocery stores, ATM & everything else. And we have no curfew to arrive by 11:30 pm, but as Agra is a small city compared to Delhi, it gets everything closed by 11 pm so there's nothing you can do by staying out late at night. Don't know why you have chosen to write things which do not apply to us at all.

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback as expected after all the fuss you created during your stay here. Firstly, you demanded a refund for your stay in our little home because you felt the photos of the room you've seen online while booking are different from what you've stayed in. When we asked you to spot one single difference in anything, you could none. We refurnish, re-paint every room every year in summer before the season starts. Now you blamed lights for not feeling the same. Of course anything will look different in sunlight and during the night. I believe you will say Taj Mahal looks pale at sunset than what you have seen bright in photos online at sunrise, hence your ticket should be refunded. Secondly, even after showing you the water purifier installed in the kitchen you are falsely saying that we are giving you tap water to drink. We only offer purified regular water or bottled mineral water. In the past 4 years and 525+ reviews, no one has complained about the water except you. Clearly you came with a mindset to frame us for anything or everything. You accepted yourself that you didn't know the difference between a homestay and a boutique luxury hotel while booking us. Now in the 20€ room that we offer, if you expect us to provide a bathtub, sauna, spa and other such luxury facilities which luxury hotels offer for 200€, you are clearly living in imaginary world. You hired a taxi from some random driver on the street for your transfer to bus station and when he scammed you, you came running to us for help. The biggest irony was while you were posing as a luxury traveller and demanding luxury facilities all through your stay here, you were travelling in cheapest overnight buses all through your travels in India. You couldn't afford a cheap Rs. 20 bottled water bottle but you found faults in everything we offer. Clearly, you had no respect or appreciation of the facilities we provide in the small price we charge or the home we have built in with love and hardwork. Our 525+ reviews speak for itself. Thanks.

Dear Guest, We regret such an experience with us. The water cut happened because the water pump malfunctioned. Although we perform all checks everyday in room before allotting to guest but nobody can be 100% sure about machinery devices. We promptly changed the pump and water supply was restored in less than 10 minutes. Regarding the gate being closed at 11:30 pm (not 10:30 am, as you have written), we do accept our failure. However since your room lights and air-conditioning was on, we wrongly assumed that you're inside the room. Your feedback has been duly noted and we truly look forward to serving you well in future travels with us.
