Loved the room, the view of the mountains in the distance, the service, but most of all the wonderful and accommodating staff! They stored our luggage even before our stay (during our trek) and responded promptly and so politely to all of our queries. After a demanding trek, this was exactly what we needed. The bathroom was really cosy and the post-trek shower here was divine. The bed and bed linen - super comfy. Loved that they had streaming services like Netflix for a lazy afternoon in. It's not super close to the market or centre on foot, but it wasn't a big deal for us. It is really close to the airport, though. Overall, thanks for an awesome stay!

IndiaInternet was a bit of a concern but that isn’t on property it is due to Airtel bizarre services. So my recommendation is whenever you go to Leh get your sim converted to postpaid as prepaid numbers don’t work in Leh and use your own internet instead of your properties wifi if you face any challenges with Internet connectivity at the property
The property is located at a very convenient location it is very close to airport, Leh main market, many sightseeing spots/places like Shanti stupa, Kargil Museum, Thiksey, Shey palace, hospital etc. It is a new built luxurious property and offers you all the 4-5 star hotel services with great view and comfortable stay. The food was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Owner Gigmet is an incredible and understanding person she knows how to take care of her guests. Helpdesk manager Ankush was also very considerate and was able to assist promptly with any issues. I would encourage each one of you to definitely book this property if you are visiting Leh. Thank you Gigmet and team for making my 8 days trip so wonderful.

Breakfast was the only good thing about the hotel. There was nothing which calls for a 5 star rating to this hotel. Bad location away from main market, though the distance is 3 kms, walking 3 kms with 40% less oxygen is quite a task

IndiaThe property is close by a national highway. Since they don’t have A/C it becomes mandatory to open windows. When you open windows you get a lot of traffic noise. This makes it hard to get a good nights sleep.
Clean & well maintained property. Has a nice view overlooking a snow capped mountain. Staff is friendly & welcoming.
