Could have had more options in food menu and would have been better if we'd been provided towels without having to ask for it seperately. There was also an issue with the AC in our room not working and while they tried to fix it, it only worked for some time before stopping again.

It was the nicest hostel in Mumbai I've stayed in so far. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, their online system was easy to use and efficient. Plus it's conveniently located very close to the airport, hardly 2 kms away. And for 800 for one bed, it is a good value for money.

Although the digital system is convenient, it was a bit annoying to have to check a newly generated PIN code in the browser every time I returned to the room. The cafeteria offered a great selection of food, but it often took at least half an hour just to get a chai or a drink.

The room was spacious, well-equipped with amenities, and everything felt brand new.

I arrived from Europe at 3-4 am , they have 24/7 Check In, and I had booked a bed and was ready to pay for early check in. They told me to book a room because none of the beds are available, so I did, despite the high price because I was in need, and I booked the Supreme Duelex room with 7k price and they expected me to checkout at 11 am. After paying 8k for a night. The single rooms are the worst and the property doesn’t have any good facilities to justify the price of the room.

The room smelled mouldy and the bath room leaked, the ceiling light leaked water and the walls had paint coming off Rooms and the facilities provided are not worth the price at all and it’s the worst experience in Mumbai I’ve ever had. Had the best best time here. Loved the vibe, I came as a solo traveller. Met tons of friends, the atmosphere was insanely good. I always felt very very safe. The housekeeping was also totally upto standards. The room and bathroom was totally clean. Overall, will definitely stay here next time.
