I recently had the opportunity to stay at The Hosteller Indiranagar during my workation in Bangalore, and I must say it was a memorable experience. Here's a detailed breakdown of each department and how they contributed to making my stay comfortable and enjoyable: --- 🌟 Front Desk & Reception – 4.5/5 The front desk team was professional, polite, and always available to assist. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth. Special appreciation for Mr. Kuldeep, the Front Desk Manager, who ensured every guest was attended to with a smile. He was quick in resolving any queries and always made sure guests felt welcome and at home. 🧼 Housekeeping – 4/5 The rooms and common areas were kept clean on a daily basis. Housekeeping staff worked quietly and efficiently without disturbing the guests. Beds were neatly made, and fresh linens were provided upon request. Bathrooms were generally clean and well-maintained. A little more attention to detail during peak times would make it perfect. 🍳 Café & Kitchen – 4/5 The food served at the café was quite good – simple, affordable, and tasty. They offered a decent mix of continental and Indian options. While it isn’t a full-scale restaurant, the kitchen team ensured timely service and good hygiene. The coffee here was surprisingly good too, perfect for digital nomads and backpackers. 👨‍💻 Community & Events Team – 5/5 One of the standout features of this hostel is the vibrant community vibe. There were regular social events, game nights, and music jam sessions on the rooftop. These not only made solo travelers feel included but also encouraged interaction among guests. The community managers were enthusiastic and made genuine efforts to engage with everyone. 🛏️ Rooms & Facilities – 4/5 The dorms and private rooms are well-designed with modern aesthetics. The beds were comfortable, and lockers provided ample space for luggage.

Doesn't have a common bathroom to use (for freshening up or changing) in case you arrive early or have to leave later in the day after checking out.

Loved the food and room automation facilities via their app. It's like your one stop answer to all the queries you may have.

Everything you need and nothing you don’t. The rooms are small, but have exactly what you need to be comfortable. I wish there were more places like this. I really enjoyed my time here and would come again.

I liked everything about the stay, if I have to revisit Bangalore, I'll certainly choose stay with them for sure.

Its hard to point out anything here. Staff was super friendly, well managed property, beds are kept clean, daily cleanliness is ensured and their Glu app is very helpful, no concern of security. A proper professional environment is maintained so that no nuisance can happen by the guests causing inconvenience to others. Very good for professionals who come for assignment. The ambience is very soothing and the common area is quite accommodating with even conference room available. I cannot recommend for family or couples as such, but its perfect for solo backpackers and professionals.

the hostel should have an age limit. when i was there a large group of middle aged and old men got off a tempo traveller and arrived to stay in the hostel. they were extremely unpleasant and uncordial. they were drinking and causing such a lot of menace. it made everyone else in the hostel so uncomfortable. i highly recommend limiting the occupants by age upto 35 so you restrict it to students and young working professionals

Well sized rooms for a great price, with new amenities and good natural light. Although it's a hostel, the individual rooms are located on their own floor, so it was quiet at night. The building is well set back from the main streets, so minimal noise pollution. A good spot to enjoy Indiranagar's cafes and shops.
