This is a lovely colonial style hotel with big rooms arranged aroud the pool.it is very conveniently located. The shower was powerful and hot (unusual for Indian hotels!). The pool was clean. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Facilities are becoming a bit old but ok for 1 or 2 nights.

Location is perfect, walking distance to all the landmarks and touristic streets in fort Kochi. We did not try the breakfast, but we had some appetizers/beers at the restaurant and they were pretty good. Staff is fantastic and helpful, even allowed us to drop the bags for few hours before going to the airport.

The ac in 2 out of 3 rooms was leaking. Nothing was done about it. No beds by the pool. Breakfast was basic indian food

We were a group of 3 couples. While we got a good room on the first go, the other two had to switch room once or twice due to issues with the hot water. WiFi was terrible so if you need to work while you are here forget about it or sort your own internet. The TV options were pretty outdated and with poor WiFi you can’t stream anything without interruption either. The front desk staff were on the ball with things, I have been following up on something for 3 days now and it’s not done.

Beautiful property, the location and layout of the pool and communal space. The housekeeping was excellent.

The switch from tap to shower was broken. The toilet seat was a bit small.

The food, the bed, the view, the central location, the decor, the hotel architecture, proximity to the ferry and water taxi, close to the famous Chinese fishing nets, friendly staff, they arranged a tour package from the hotel.

Double and triple check arrival time with them because we arrived late and were nearly turned away (at midnight - although I had communicated arrival time with them via booking) breakfast is nothing special

Nice location right at the center of town, but secluded enough to not be bothered from street noise. The pool was very clean and offered a fresh start for the day.

It lacked atmosphere. Remotes we're broken on the AC. We booked an extra room, 4 instead of 3 when this was made clear on arrival I asked if they would consider charging the extra room for just 1 of the 2 nights we were staying for as we didn't need it. They declined, when I asked for keys for the room the next day they had already sold it to someone else and didn't give us another room. If there was breakfast we were not made aware of it. The pool was green, we couldn't let our kids in it.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms large, when the AC was working properly it was good. Good location. We are a family of 6 that have travelled the world for the past 8 months we have done hostels in Goa, back street hotels in Delhi, homestays in vietnam and are not 5 star travellers by any means. This hotel unfortunately needs a refurbishment and some life injected into it. I imagine it was once a nice hotel but sadly di not meet our expectations.

A surprise! The hotel was better than expected from the reviews I read. There were very few guests. I had a very big room and bathroom. King size bed with good mattress and lots of pillows. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Had a good dinner with Aleppey fish.

None of the rooms have a balcony and there are almost no outdoor sitting areas. There is plenty of room outside each room for a small table and chairs - a few on each level would be great. On a couple of nights there was no cold beer available at the restaurant so we had to go elsewhere.

Excellent location, very clean and well cared-for, the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly with pretty good English.

The staff here are absolutely lovely, and really want to make your stay super special. I really enjoyed my stay here, so much that I went back a couple of times. The rooms are HUGE, brilliant aircon and bathroom, amazing value for money too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend 👌

Very central location, opposite the car ferry, easy to walk to attractions in Fort Kochi, comfortable room, friendly very helpful staff, good to have a swimming pool.
