This is a lovely colonial style hotel with big rooms arranged aroud the pool.it is very conveniently located. The shower was powerful and hot (unusual for Indian hotels!). The pool was clean. The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Location is perfect, walking distance to all the landmarks and touristic streets in fort Kochi. We did not try the breakfast, but we had some appetizers/beers at the restaurant and they were pretty good. Staff is fantastic and helpful, even allowed us to drop the bags for few hours before going to the airport.

Facilities are becoming a bit old but ok for 1 or 2 nights.

location near the water was good, the place, restaurant, and property were okay with some hiccups

The room provided had some maintenance issues, water leakage, AC not working, etc. They fixed it. These could have been done before the customer's arrival. Also, the breakfast vegetarian options were less and were much.

It was a decent stay but not excellent

The ac in 2 out of 3 rooms was leaking. Nothing was done about it. No beds by the pool. Breakfast was basic indian food

Beautiful property, the location and layout of the pool and communal space. The housekeeping was excellent.

We were a group of 3 couples. While we got a good room on the first go, the other two had to switch room once or twice due to issues with the hot water. WiFi was terrible so if you need to work while you are here forget about it or sort your own internet. The TV options were pretty outdated and with poor WiFi you can’t stream anything without interruption either. The front desk staff were on the ball with things, I have been following up on something for 3 days now and it’s not done.

Stunning old hotel right in the heart of Kochi but still manages to give a quiet, relaxed hideaway. Room was huge and facilities were great. The pool was amazing.

The food, the bed, the view, the central location, the decor, the hotel architecture, proximity to the ferry and water taxi, close to the famous Chinese fishing nets, friendly staff, they arranged a tour package from the hotel.

The switch from tap to shower was broken. The toilet seat was a bit small.

There was no bucket in the bathroom. There was no mat in the room outside the bathroom. They need swim suites for accessing the pool.

The location, the hotel, the swimming pool, the room, all very comfortable and safe. Excellent value.

Double and triple check arrival time with them because we arrived late and were nearly turned away (at midnight - although I had communicated arrival time with them via booking) breakfast is nothing special
