We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe Premium Palace Suite could have been better, found the cheaper Deluxe Room actually better in terms of view (faces the lake and mountains) and finishing since it is a new construction.
Great location, extremely courteous and responsive staff. We had a medical emergency and the staff was so responsive they got the medicines arranged in the dead of the night as well.

IndiaThe reception staff seem to be in a different zone of their own. They should rather be smiling & welcoming guests. The spa service is the worst we have experienced in any five star properties. After checking in, my wife had booked hair treatment services for the 3rd day of stay but surprisingly when we had called them on the third day for the service then we were told that the salon was closed for that day. It would have been nice had we been informed earlier.
The location is excellent with close proximity to the Dal lake & other prominent landmarks. The brightest part is the restaurant staff especially Walsrino,Shristi, Chef Sudarshan, Jasudev. They are all doing an excellent job & going the extra mile to ensure that each & every one is well attended at the restaurant.

United Arab EmiratesOur stay at the Lalit Grand Palace was truly special. Right from the time we arrived at the hotel till we reached the airport. The team at Lalit Srinagar did everything and beyond to make our stay safe, comfortable and delightful. The things that stay with you are the warmth and hospitality of the entire team be it security, room service, restaurant or reception teams including the chauffeurs. The location is amazing, just a stone throw away from Dal Lake and hosted in a palace with beautiful spacious rooms. Food is great too.
