Few observations from my back to back recent stays that I believe could enhance the guest experience. First, I noticed that there's an opportunity to improve the bakery items offered. Additionally, regarding the breakfast serving area, I suggest reducing some of the six-seater table arrangements to four-seaters. This change could help create more space for movement and improve the overall flow during breakfast. Attention required that the cleanliness of the WC in my initial bathroom was an issue, which led me to request a room change.

I particularly enjoyed the French Toast served at breakfast, and I found the overall food quality to be commendable. The staff exhibited professional and courteous behavior, and the amenities and toiletries provided were entirely satisfactory. A significant consideration for my travels is the nearby availability of affordable accommodation for my personal driver & security staff etc. I appreciate the convenience of readily available options in the neighboring buildings for their lodging.

When i checked out, they told me all the bill was cleared as I thought my partner had paid, but in a couple of hours .my account was debited without asking for my consent. And again, at 10 p.m., they called me saying the payment was pending.

The TV in the room was not functional In room dining experience - TERRIBLE we came back to the hotel past midnight , no restaurant was open & we called the in room dining as advised by the front desk personnel , encountered with an extremely rude lady on the other side of the line who declined most of the menu as unavailable , finally we ordered a white sauce pasta ( which was in a watery white sauce accompanied with rock solid pieces of stale garlic bread ) & vegetable burger which was smelling & obviously spoilt , we left the food as it is on the tray outside. After our return to Delhi we did receive a call from the chef who was apologetic & assured he would look into what went wrong.

Spacious & very comfortable clean hygienic room. Breakfast - offered a lot of variety , live counters etc were quite good , special mention to ' Adrija ' very courteous & lively lady we met her both at lunch & breakfast

We were transferred out of our sweet and told we'd been upgraded however the sweet we were given was Four Floors down have a fairly poor View you couldn't really be called a sweet it was a big room with a separate dressing room the carpets were a bit on the dirty side and needed some hoovering I think they all need a bit of refreshing. The staff were really good and helpful they didn't push the tips or indeed feedback and that's what madestay quite pleasant overall

There was a strong smell of humidity in some parts of the hotel, including the first room I was given, which I had to change. I also found the overall style to be more Western than I had hoped—it doesn’t reflect much of the local culture. Despite the hotel's generous size and grand lobby, there are surprisingly few comfortable seating areas, and I wish there were more inviting common spaces for relaxing or working. The coffee shop next door (part of the hotel) felt semi-abandoned and didn’t offer a particularly inspiring atmosphere.

The hotel is a wonderful place to retreat after a day in an incredibly busy city. It's very comfortable, the staff is attentive and kind, and the food is delicious. The breakfast spread was especially impressive. The spa, gym, and outdoor swimming pool are also excellent amenities. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. My only concern was the strong smell of humidity in some areas of the hotel. I also wish it was less Western in style and had more common spaces to relax and work.

Actualy the room size is too huge, but there should be a carpet in rooms, floors with this size of room is feeling like hall. Also food quality, service is too good but taste is something bitly.
