Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is in the main area of Ahmedabad around 10 minutes walk from all the big names coffee shops restaurant and supermarket. 25 mins from the airport.

The hotel has a lot going for it—good food, an ideal location, and clean, comfortable rooms. However, the service was a major letdown. The reception staff were unhelpful and at times rude, especially when I asked for help with a WiFi issue that was never resolved. I also requested a travel adapter, which they promised to send to my room, but it never arrived despite follow-ups. A disappointing experience given the potential.

IndiaBreakfast buffet was just terrible - the food quality didnt match up to any standards. Almost all items were tasteless and made by someone who has never cooked these items before. Juices were watered down and tea was plain. Dinner was good, though not the best.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The area was centrally located and quiet. The check in and check out process was hassle free.
