Maintenance is an issue, Monor needs to improve their checklist and have staff who understands maintenance better. I was in a 3 BHK apartment with friends. The fridge was not working from Day 1 and it could not be fixed in 3 days I stayed. Similarly, few basic things like an Iron or a Hair Dryer is not available as default and is on call, It was not available on Day 1 and the staff did not follow up to get it in the subsequent days. These are small points and I hope the Manor management will take a note, you have a great property and with a little more standardization of service and better trained staff you can make the overall guest experience better

The Overall Infrastructure is quite good. The Apartments are nicely built

Distance between restaurant and apartments, it is doable with shuttle but still inconvenient. Also clubhouse charges for literally everything, they have their reasons but still you are charging a decent amount for stay you should give amenities like access to swimming pool for free.

Location is peaceful, far from hustle bustle of Shimla. Food is nice, property is well maintained and staff is quite courteous.

It was a remote location about 4 km from Naldera.

It is stunning property . They have huge apartments with all the basic amenities. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need in a kitchen. Their cafe Boca Mario is very beautiful with amazing food.

The construction going around is noisy and ruins the serene atmosphere. But that’s temporary. Going up to the restaurant can be made easier with drive around carts instead of cars provided.

The rooms were beautiful done, big and clean. Bathrooms were spotlessly clean and also quite big. Their Restaurant Boca Mario had absolutely lip smacking scrumptious food, all credit to their amazing Chefs. The view sitting between gorgeous trees and looking down at the valley adds on the experience. The whole serving staff is very polite and welcoming, ready to serve in their best capacity.

Location is 1 hr 30 mins away from mall road . If you wish to visit you need to pre plan . Although the road and connectivity is excellent . All Appartments are not air conditioned ( most don’t need it in hills but personally I prefer it ) 1blocks is old construction , so looks dated ( layout is similar in all blocks thou ). Construction happening on site . Golf carts should be provided to reach the breakfast point . Club policies should be reconsidered , kids and open sandals not allowed .

Excellent and only serviced Appartment option in shimla . Guard chintram(multi tasked as car vallet and bell Vijay - waiter Ravinder - manager at resturant 5/5 for their hospitality and service . Excellent panoramic views of valley from balcony of every Appartment . Modern architecture with Upvc windows with seamless view through cieling to floor windows and glass parapet walls making us enjoy the view of outside from inside . Trained house keeping staff refreshing your house every day including bedding and towels . Room service experience was excellent . Resturant was great with delicious breakfast having continental , South Indian and North Indian options . Chole bhature and chicken stake were out of the world . Smart tv with all ott platforms .

They need to have a physical help desk or a reception. Also there should be some golf carts to take the guests to their restaurant. It is not easy for kids and especially old people to climb so much steep to reach the restaurant. Also there needs to be an intercom in the apartments. One important information to all the people who wish to book through booking.com. The number given in the booking.com to contact the property is actually not of the property directly and it creates lot of confusion. So I strongly suggest to contact property directly through numbers given on their website and have the correct information.

The property is very clean and nice. The food is also very nice. The staff is also very good and special thanks to Mr. Varun. The best part is the valley view and the balcony.

The staff was absolutely helpful. Varun and Shubham from hotel staff were very helpful. The food was great and the F&B staff were putting in their best efforts. Also enjoyed the spa facility and Mrs. Nina was dod a very good job..

Moving to the restaurant and back is painful. Not really a homestay. Room service is slow.

Big spacious rooms. Great views from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful.

Construction going on near the appartments. Also there is a 10 mins uphill walk towards the restaurant. With kids/elders, the walk can be slightly tricky to navigate.

Loved our stay at Manor Naldehra. The place is quite spacious and ideal for a quiet relaxing time. A fully functional service apartment with all necessary kitchen appliances/utensils/cutlery. Tuck Shop at a 100 m distance is a small store which will have most of kitchen pantry items for easy cooking. For those who don't want to cook, there is Manor's Boca Mario restaurant which will also provide ordering-in services. From the In-house manager to restaurant staff to the support/housekeeping staff, everyone is very hospitable and helpful. A special thanks to housekeeping team for keeping our appartment neat and tidy everyday since we were staying with our 3 year old.

Access to a few indoor activities can be given. Also the apartment area does not have any common lawn area , that would be a great addition to the property.

The apartment was really beautiful and clean. The location was also excellent. Staff like Varun and his team were very helpful and made the stay very comfortable. The SPA lady was also excellent and was very thorough and professional with the facials. All and all it was an excellent experience. We will surely visit again.

The route to the property... it is a single driver lane and the 3.5 km ride leading to the property was quite unpleasant.

An exquisite and serene place for someone who is looking for an escape for the hush-hush of the metros. The apartment in which we stayed was beautifully done with plush interiors. They have an in-house Italian restaurant linked to the property- Bora Mario, must say the food was divine. When the manager told me o we call that it is the best restaurant in the locality, I was mocking that it is the only restaurant in the locality, but seriously the food was divine.

As soon as we paid the bill the restaurant staff refused to provide breakfast citing that the kitchen was closed. However, at the same time they were serving another guest who had may be checked that day or may be staying over. Funny part is that we had asked for Cornflakes and cold milk and 1 omelette. Although they were serving another guest, one can try to understand refusal for omelette but what was the issue in providing cornflakes is beyond understanding.

The place lack with basic amenities. Like toothbrush, bathrobe, hair dryer. When you guys got booking it is assure all these items been provided and in place. No welcome Drink / welcome appetites.

Breakfast has good option. Location was awesome.
