We were visiting friends and The Manor was very conveniently located. The Manor is a converted property and has its own charm. We loved staying here. Our only criticism would be the speed of service at breakfast - a tad slow. Apart from this, great stay.

you have to order the breakfast from the menu, which is too limited. with the kind of tariff charged, one expects reasonable breakfast spread.

Very expensive especially the food. Breakfast was good, but the Italian food was poor, oily and inappropriate. Disappointing that no Indian cuisine available. Japanese too expensive to contemplate. Patisserie had very good coffee but cakes do not make a satisfying dinner!

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room comfortable and clean. Location quiet and pleasant although not very central.

Entrance at night from main road to the hotel was the only discomfort.

It is located in one of the quiet and posh suburbs of Delhi. It is a boutique hotel which does not have the hustle and bustle of a commercial hotel. The breakfast was hearty but if one is staying for a longer period than two days then due to lack of variety it may become boring. It has a beautiful garden setting which is well maintained. I was impressed by the response of the owner who upon contacting while overseas was able to get the local staff to handle my request for an early entry to my accommodation - very thoughtful and thanks for the same.

Amenities could have been better for the price point. No gym / spa/ pool. Room heater provided was very old school.

Breakfast was more expensive than everywhere else in Delhi and we didn’t enjoy the food; it seemed to be British food catering to foreigners but it was not good. The hotel is quiet but this is because it is very far outside Delhi. We had to drive everywhere from the hotel as expected because Delhi is a big city, but the hotel was particularly far from the city and not a convenient location. The check in process was very slow and the WiFi was unreliable.

The hotel was nice and modern. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our room did not have windows. When asking to receive a room with windows, we were informed that none of the standard rooms have windows so we could appreciate none of the calm and green surroundings.

There wasn’t any comfortable seating outside to lounge, read a book. The only seating outside was associated with the restaurants. There are paving stones under a terrace around one edge of the green grass but no seating? The grass area is quite large, but had signage to keep off. Could the area be used for a small pool? A plunge pool or a lap pool with lounge seating? Hours of operation considerate to quiet morning’s and evening’s?

The breakfast was made to order with lots of choices served indoors or outdoors depending on weather and your preference. Delicious coffee. Our tour prior to staying here was more instant coffee options. There are 2 other places to eat on the property and the breakfast location is also an Italian restaurant later in the day with a wood burning oven. Monique’s is a little taste of Paris in India. The property is a quiet oasis from the busy, noisy, chaotic streets of Delhi. The residential neighbourhood is walkable and the staff willing to help with anything you desire.

There was a hole in the ceiling of the shower that would let in mosquitos, I woke up with 5 more bites. The hot water continues to be temperamental despite this being a more upscale property and the wi-fi was touch and go. There was also nothing much around as its in a gated community.

The modern western style comfort that I was missing towards the end of my 2.5 weeks in India. I loved the little reading nook/waiting room that I shared with another suite. The staff were super helpful, friendly and always around to assist.

The room we got was slightly chilly for our liking for a winter stay, and was just a tad tired (we were placed in what feels like an annex unit). The water pressure in the mornings was great but dropped to a trickle in the afternoons.

As soon as you enter the gates, the hotel and its compound there is a sense of calm and provides a respite from the Delhi hustle and bustle. The hotel is cozy and the on-site restaurants and bakery are top notch, delivering delicious fare. Beds were really comfortable and the staff were always ready to help.

I moved room as various things were not working very well such as internet and shower but I was given an new room very easily. At the time of my visit there was only one (extraordinarily expensive, though good fine-dining) restaurant on site. It isn't always easy or what one wants to do travelling as a single woman, to search for nearby restaurants so further options are needed. I believe that a secondary restaurant has now opened. My only gripe here, as a foreigner is that this will be an Italian restaurant. I'm sure it will be great but given that Indian food is so sublime, that's my dining preference when in India!

beautiful villa very well maintained in a peaceful neighborhood in New Delhi. Staff is very nice and helpful and the restaurants inside are very good, we tried Camillo’s and the pizza was outstanding (we are Italian!). we also had a Spritz at the Inja restaurant bar which was perfect!

I understand low season is the moment to update an hotel but that was more than updates... Facilities not accessible, beautiful corners with a "work in progress" background... Mr Deepak made is very best but I would appreciate the management at least to say hello when meeting in corridors and probably give some explanation about the situation rather than ignoring the guests! This place has such a potential but clearly need someone with a sens of hospitality to manage it.

I have been very pleased of Mr Deepak at the reception desk and his team running the place with such a sens of being welcoming and accommodating. They did their very best to answer to my few requests. We were expecting a renewed hotel as it is mentioned on the website but arrived in a "work in progress" hotel. For sure the part already done is really beautifully realised, the materials, the style, everything has been thought. Sadly, no gym, no nice outdoor seatings and the felling to be in the middle of renovation is not the best. I would love to go there again but need to be sure the work is done and not in progress anymore. By the way, the breakfast area and food are really high level and anyone of the staff is nicely friendly and very helpful.
