The location of the place was a little far from the main city center. The approach road was not that great. The room should have had some bright white light, there should be some light on the dressing table mirror. Since it was winter, provision of heater should have been part of the room services but we were charged extra for it which we did not like.

The Cottage was very well maintained and comfortable with all the amenities. We are bird lovers, so it had ample opportunities to click bird pictures since there was a lot of bird activity in that area. The garden was beautiful with lot of flowers giving it a perfect look The caretaker Mr. Hemant was very hospitable and took good care of us during our stay. He served delicious meals and attended to all our needs. Full marks on the comfortable stay. Overall a good experience.

The room in which we stayed had a pungent smell in one corner of the room. At night we saw a mouse running in the room. There was running hot water only for 10mins post which again had to wait for the geyser to boil the water. However hot water bucket was arranged by the staff. Also the washroom was not very clean in the shower area. Bath tub and basin were clean

There's nothing specific we didn't like. The only note is that the bathtub hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, it was pretty dirty so we didn't enjoy the jacuzzi. Not a big deal as we didn't have much time for that anyway. There was also a power cut a couple of times, and because the shower works with a boiler, we had to wait for power to be back, so we could have a warm shower. But power cuts are pretty common everywhere I've been in India, so not a problem of this property in particular.

This cottage is in a quiet location, a very peaceful spot in Dehradun. Our room was huge and very beautiful, the bathroom is also big with both bathtub (jacuzzi) and shower, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a guy on the premise who would cook you food, we had breakfast included but we also had dinner there a couple of times and the food was always nice. The owner came to see us when we arrived, he was very welcoming and always available to help. He organised us taxis and a tour around Dehradun, and took us around to buy spices as well. Overall, we had a wonderful and very local experience!

These cottages are in the middle of a filthy open land that seems to be coming up as a residential colony not far from Vasant Vihar, Dehradun. The property isn’t being kept up to the mark. There are a couple of caretakers who live on the adjacent house on the property. The place is filthy. The toilets stink and are generally unusable.

The property doesn't have a proper approach road, which gets even worse during the monsoons. Its just 3 "cottages" constructed in one part of a house, which itself is constructed in a desolate location. Parking is outside on the road. Mobile network is poor and one needs wi-fi for any communication. AC doesn't work properly. The toilet is lop-sided and poorly designed, with an extremely long passage which leads to the shower and toilet area. After such a poor experience the staff openly ask for tips, even though I was barely there for 12 hours and only too happy to leave.

Spacious room. Cant really say I liked anything else.
