Room was average; over and above there was negligible natural light in the room. The taxi picked and dropped from outside the premises because the main gate was always closed and unwelcoming. Low height ceiling - one gentleman's head almost banged on the hanging lights.

Breakfast was very nice. In-room dining was also very nice. Airport and convention centre are close by. Check-in check-out process was very smooth. Bed was comfortable.

No one was available to get the bags and to welcome (We went there around 9:00pm, may be this was the reason but still we were super tired from a long train journey from agra and then a uber drive for 25km). No welcome drinks or anything and the receptionist was with an attitude.

Rooms were clean and very good for the money we spent. We stayed for a short period but the place was very safe and rooms are really good. Place was close to the airport, so if anyone looking for a quick airport ride from the hotel, this place is good. It was around INR180 from a uber car.

The room I received did not match the pictures. The window was fake. I was refused the included breakfast because it was shortly after the time (“you can still have it, but you need to pay again”). I had to delay my arrival for a day and said so well in advance, and the taxi price was charged but no-one showed up. This however maybe a booking.com problem unrelated to the hotel. It wasn’t possible to sleep well because there were always people knocking on the door or ringing the phone, asking if I want room service.

Staff at reception was friendly. Internet worked well. Room was clean. I stayed there because I attended a nearby wedding.

The staff was pleasantly unhelpful at times. They were always acting polite, but either couldn't help or didn't know what to do, and at times it felt like they didn't really want to be there. Perhaps some were new and in training? They were unable to arrange a car to the airport at midnight, though they said they could help me get an Uber. I ordered room service for dinner and it was horrible; the worst food I'd eaten anywhere in India. Well, I couldn't eat it all. However, their breakfast buffet was nice.

They provide a comfortable, clean room, which meets the expectations you would have from a large chain hotel. It had the most comfortable bed of the 8 hotels I stayed at in India and Nepal. It is close to the airport, (about a 20 minute drive) so convenient if you're flying in or out.

- The Road conditions around the Hotel are really bad, if you have to leave in the morning direction city, airport or Chandigarh you are stucked in traffic. Better leave latest around 7 30 am. -When I checked the price to stay in around 2 month. It was much higher (maybe a new Investor, Name also changed a little), 75 € (around 7500 Rps), that's to much, than pay a little more and stay in the Hyatt or Radisson. -The Water pressure in the bathroom 104, I got completely wet. -If you are on the 1st Floor, around the Pool Billiard table, it's just to loud. -walls are not sound proofed, could hear my neighbour (actually my neighbour should be my friend, but they didn't managed to keep the promise made 3 hours before, to hive him the room next to my one.) -On some pictures you see a swimming pool, THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL ANYMORE ALSO NO BAR!!!

Rooms are nice and spacious (better than IBIS Aerocity), actually a really nice Hotel. Restaurant has a nice Ambience, Breakfast was good, Dinner (we ordered) was very good. I can't say anything about the Buffet. About staff, some are nice some are not....... specially at the reception, they could improve. But the guy who did oir check in /out, was nice, some other could improve.

More staff that can speak English would be helpful, although most of my group spoke French. That was really the only problem.

The old saying " you pay for what you get" applies here. The hotel is located reasonable close to the airport, depending on traffic. It's comfortable enough, the food and staff in the dining room are both good, as are the Reception staff. The room is quite spacious. The air conditioning in the room is efficient, and the bed reasonable comfortable.

Double beds were smaller, not King-sized. Only one Non-veg dish was served with buffet meals in lunch & dinner. Dessert had also very limited choice. No swimming pool facilities.

My Coat was missing from my cupboard. I reported to the reception but they did not bother to revert back or find out about the same. All other things in my room were locked only my expensive Coat was hanging in the cupboard which was taken.
