Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

internet was unstable in the evening an non-existent in the morning! toilet paper could not be procured in the evening
nice location in the city centre in front of a quiet palace arts museum street. Friendly owner, spacious room, new modern hotel, elevator, classy silk & arts shop inside. great panoramic window over the temple, good aircon, nice rooftop terrace to see the panorama

No windows so a little closed in,but a minor issue
Quiet, great shower, bed was a little soft but good pillows, aircon and fan worked, great location - walkable to the Palace and most other sites - and excellent value! Double room was great for one, might be a bit of a squeeze for two.

Property did not provide any toiletries for my stay, not even any bath towels. Rooms are a bit congested, otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Good staff, adequate cleanliness.

The parking space is just enough for three vehicles, moreover it is an open space and therefore slightly risky. The Hotel does not have a restaurant.

Bidet wasn't working and noisy family at end of hall were super noisy with their door open at early morning I had to ask them twice to close their door
Aside from a big room with good aircon and huge bed with soft mattress and pillows plus location near the Palace and fine arts museum, there was also a factory outlet for quality silk and incense in the hotel! Most of all the kind friendly and very helpful operations manager Mr Sai Utsaw Mahesh who not only helped with what places to see but even gifted us with an amazing exotic dessert made of betel nut leaves and dark chocolate! They also recommended a great place for breakfast called green heritage with the best South Indian dishes!

The staff didn’t respond to our request for early check in when we booked. On reaching, they asked for extra amount for that. Also, service was slow. They didn’t give tea bags in the room as was committed and when we ordered tea, we had to pay separately for that.
The location is good, rooms were clean.

The stay was quite okay...I stayed in room No.204,205 which were too small in size, no windows...the staff was good...food was not available so we ordered it from outside.

You cannot control fan speed as it runs only on top speed. There is no enough parking for cars and for bikes there is no secured parking space. Felt a bit heavy on pocket.
The location is perfect with major attractions at walkable distance. Lot of pharmacies around and a decent veg restaurant at close by.

No restaurant in the Hotel, they used to arrange it from nearby restaurants, only one bottle of drinking water supplied per day.

The TV in the reception area was always on so loud and was a distraction for staff working close-by, especially at night. It also made it very difficult for us to hear what reception staff were trying to say
