fantastic small hotel. far better value for money than big 5 star hotels; good and meticulously clean rooms, fanastic manager who went all the way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Good food. We went for the second time and still are as happy as the first time. Nice residential neighborhood, with attractive local shopping areas close. 30 minutes from airport, owner can arrange transport at decent fare.

There’s nothing I didn’t like, everything was great!

The property is lovely, welcoming and well kept. All environments are clean, with AC and very comfortable. The manager Abdul is a really good person he has helped me and my husband a lot during our stay in Delhi, with advices and phone calls to arrange our transportations and the trip. All staff members are kind and extremely professional. We really felt at home!

Lovely small hotel with excellent host. We got the two second floor rooms for the family, which were big and share a large living room and terrace. Ideal. Home cooked dinner was lovely and adapted to also fit for the less spicy eaters, where needed. But stil very authentic. Child friendly.

We've been staying here before, and are always happy to come back. Abdul is a wonderful host and makes you really feel at home. He thinks along, for example by providing takeaway breakfast for an early train. The rooms are very clean, the food is wonderful and the location is quiet, yet in the vicinity of a market that features most stores you'd need and two playgrounds for our youngest.

I liked this homely stay with my family. Confortable and secure stay, good foods, excellent facilities and avove all staffs are modest, quick in a sigle word outstanding. Manager Mr Abdul and the other guy were very nice. I would like to book again in future Delhi tour.

- The rooms didn’t not have a perfect air circulation system (windows was on the corridor) so they were a bit “humid” quite soon (especially after taking showers) - The location is a bit far from Old Delhi or Delhi Fort but it’s very safe and calm and we would still recommend it because close to airport and other tourist points.

- Very nice and helpful staff. Abdul and his colleague were always ready to satisfy any request with a smile and were very accommodating and caring - The room was big, well equipped and clean - Breakfast and dinners were really good, with local food choices that varied regularly - The structure is located in a secured residential area so it’s very calm

We left early in the morning and had a little inconvenience by doing the checkout, but nothing really important that wouldn't let me give a high rate to this place. A bit noisy during the day because of the people inside the BnB, but if you are out visiting the city that's not important at all.

The place is good and easy to use as a starting point for visiting the city, the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was fine. I recommend the breakfast which has a good amount of stuff for being in a small BnB, the staff was pretty good.

A little bit too costly for Delhi. Maybe not the best value for money, but hospitality over balances it. The shower is limited to 4 minutes of hot water due to boiler capacity, what is kind of annoying

Quiet neighbourhood of Delhi but a quick Uber trip to wherever we needed to go. It was good to come back after a busy day to the peace & quiet. Slept well and very comfortable beds. The host Abdul was extremely attentive and arranged private transport to our next destination.

Our sons’ room was cramped. Our younger son paid for another hotel due to this Our room was damp with damp clearly visible on the wall next to the bathroom

Whereas I thought it was a charming place, my wife and our two adult sons travelling with us thought otherwise I found the living room on the first floor (one flight up - different countries have different definitions) to be very charming, the breakfast to be good, the cleaning regime to be excellent

The hospitality was astounding, the house and the rooms were spotless and very nicely decorated. Special shout out to the manager Mr. Abdul for taking especially good care of us, he even lent my mother his jacket for a whole day as she was feeling a bit cold. The food served for breakfast and dinner is simply out of this world, I probably had the best chicken curry I had during my entire India trip at the Neem. If you are considering this hotel, don't think twice book it instantly.
