The breakfast is decent but needs care to be taken to keep food at warm and ensure tasting is done before brought to dining

The property is located in the prime area of Bengaluru with proximity to Metro is the biggest plus. The room size is good and has decent facilities. Noise free is of big advantage and you have near by restaurants to satisfy your appetite as food is not something great here. Fantastic staffs around especially the receptionist, the maintenance team etc.

Very clean and well-maintained rooms with excellent air conditioning. The front desk and room service staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Ms. Nagarani (I hope I got her name right) was especially pleasant and welcoming. The location is excellent—right on MG Road, with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. The breakfast was delicious, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The food served was exceptionally tasty and satisfying.

A special shout out to the General Manager Chandra ji for all his help provided for the logistics pertinent to an international traveler. Another special shoutout to the security guard for his friendly ways and sweetest smile. The hotel is ideally located to nearby restaurants and shops...a most welcome relief for a tired traveler who needs to do some quick easy shopping. Kudos to all the staff for their courtesy, professionalism and helpful ways. It was definitely appreciated. An added bonus was the food. It was always well prepared.

Very noisy, the windows cannot keep the street noise away. The walls have not been painted for a while. The bathroom doesn’t have a shower or a bathtub. Also the shower head had rust on it.

You won't get views out of the window as it is sandwiched between buildings. No hand shower in the bathroom. Only in-room dining service (including breakfast) but plenty of choice available nearby. Fridge in my room was missing, although it is available in other rooms. They do not allow outside food.

It's a relatively new hotel, and you can't beat the location, just off Residency Road. Easy access to MG Road, Brigade Road and the surroundings. Hotel lobby is very good. There is no on-site bar or restaurant, but the location is full of plenty of choices for food and drink. Breakfast and lunch are served in the room. In room dining is available and the food is very good. AC is very good. Staff are very helpful. Great value for money. Quiet and not much of disturbance around my room, which was at the end of a floor.

The hotel is I think fairly new. The staff was very nice; both at the front desk as the other staff. The location is really good. You are close to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. MG Road, Church Street, Brigade Road are all the heart of Bangalore and these are all within walking distance. A very central location in a fun city. I will stay again on my next visit.

It will be better if the hotel uses coirfoam mattresses instead of spring mattresses, at least for a few rooms.

Very clean and nice rooms. Good A/c. Very courteous staff at the frontdesk and room services. T Excellent location, right on the MG Road. Wit plenty of restaurants nearby. Being vegetarian, I found several eateries to choose from.

Breakfast you can start little early. It’l be comfortable for the flight catchers. May some cold breakfast at least. Toilet layout is bad. There’s no dry, semi dry and wet concept. (Engineering fault)
